Nicuta,I cannot thank you enough for showing compassion and respect to my son that has autism. I know it was challenging but you never gave up and tried different methods to successfully remove the foreign body in my son's left ear, that has been bothering him for weeks (or probably months since he cannot verbalize his discomfort). I will never forget how genuinely caring you were towards him. Your level of care is rare these days and seeing your compassion first hand was very moving. I was almost in tears to be honest with you.Thank you again and I hope you get to read this. More power to you and the Wild Rose Audiology Clinic!

Wild Rose is my favourite clinic in the city by far! I've been going there for 20 years. It's always nice to see the friendly and familiar faces, and they have always been so accommodating - even with some of the crazy emergencies and activities that my hearing aids have been through over the years!I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an audiologist, especially for a child.

2 of my daughters have been coming here since they were 2 and 4. Staff has always been super patient with my girls and with me. I had no knowledge of hearing loss or hearing aids before, and staff has sat me down and discussed every question I've ever had. Love this place and don't plan on ever going anywhere else for my girls.

I have brought multiple family members to be seen at the Wild Rose Audiology Clinic. Every time I have been impressed with the level of service provided. The Audiologists spent additional time explaining results, discussing Works Compensation, and payment options. Hearing aids are a large investment for many people, including my aging family. I am more than happy with all the service, follow up calls, and appointments as well as the quality of the products we have purchased in the last 3 years.
