I had a great experience yesterday at Fanshawe location; the employee, Brandon, help me to solve a problem I hand with a pressure washer machine. I've rented tools from this location twice and the experience was always good. This last time I rented a chainsaw, but not being experienced with chainsaws, I did not realize that it was very dull. I eventually called on a friend to come with his saw and we finished the job.The staff was very helpful and made it right when I complained. I will definitely continue to rent tools from this location in the future.

$79 to rent a tiller for a day... $25 to clean it?! Ridiculous. Was never mentioned to us until we brought the tiller back. Make sure you clean your equipment extensively otherwise you'll get charged. It would've been nice to know that before bringing the tiller back and getting slapped with a charge for it. On top of that, the person helping us at the counter couldn't have cared less. Great customer service.

Rented an auger to drill 4ft footings. Equipment was well maintained and started easily. Per the other reviewer I cleaned off the equipment better than I received it to ensure no extra charges. I was dinged $5 for not filling the fuel tank because I was rushing to return the unit within the allotted 4 hour rental and forgot to refill. I will gladly pay what I used but I would have been better off to return it empty as I used less than 1/2 a liter. Overall I will rent here again and remember to check my receipt checklist to cross all my t's and dot my i's
