Tried this place out tonight for the first time - absolutely delicious subs. We ordered the steak & cheese and meat ball subs, both were really good and loaded with high quality beef. Owners are super friendly and passionate about their food. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Also worth noting that the washrooms and dining area were very clean.

Great service, super friendly owner, tasty food. Not much more you can ask for. Get the chicken or the steak you can't go wrong. A bit pricy for a sub but that's the price for quality. Would definitely come again.

Well, I found a new lunch place for the office, I had the chicken, my boss had the meatball one. We loved it !!! We will be coming back a lot. If you haven't tried this place, try it, and you will not be disappointed. Next time, we are both going to get the steak as recommended by the chef.Also this place will not break the bank

We had the Texas style steak and cheese and the chicken, both of which were delicious! We came for the food but stayed for the amazing conversation with the chef! The owners are so lovely and truly care about the food they give to their customers. I would definitely recommend this place and come back again!

What an experience. I would certainly come back here. we came for a quick bite and ended up speaking with the owner for 10-15min. Their food is absolutely amazing amazing. We had their texas steak and chicken hoagie sandwich and they were absolutely amazing. highly recommend if you are in the area

Great new sandwich shop. Had Texas steak hoagies for takeout. There a few seats for dine in option. Crusty toasted bread with fresh ingredients. Option to add hot peppers, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, olives at the counter.

Truly deserve the 5 stars!!! The chicken sandwich was juicy and flavourful! It MELTS in your mouth and is so delish. Grilled mushrooms, onion and peppers compliment the chicken beautifully for a balanced palette of flavor. So good that the sauce is not necessary, but their house sauce is very good. Bread is something I'm always picky about, but I enjoyed every bit of their bread, it's delicious. The fresh veggies that come with it also compliment the sandwich perfectly. Fresh, melty-cheesy juicy flavors.Owners are so warm and hospitable, and passionate about creating good food.Will be back soon!

We had the steak hoagies and side of fries and both were simply amazing!! I am not even a meat sandwich person - Great portion of juicy thinly sliced steak and the base seasoning of the meat/cheese was just perfect! Hoagies made to order so they are hot and fresh. Then you get to add your own toppings to customize. I highly recommend this place. Amazing hospitality from the owners Bijan and his wife.

Amazing steak hoagie. Steak was perfect and the toppings all tasted fresh and flavourful. Loved the bread as well. Had a chat with the owner while waiting for my order to be completed and he and his wife are both very nice. Will definitely return.
