THE GOLF FACTORY

For those who gave the place a negative review it’s comical to say the least.This is hands down the best place to practice in the city during the off-season.The Trackman is the best tool for any golfer, but does require some general knowledge of what data you’re looking at and how it applies. Probably not something that any recreational golfer is going to benefit from until you have someone walk you through the data points that are most relevant to improvement.Yes it’s a tad on the cooler side, but that’s irrelevant 10 minutes into your session.Also, having 24 hour access is by far one of the most attractive features, so that you can avoid any unnecessary distractions.The bays work perfect, you just to make sure they’re calibrated properly.

Played a round on the Trackman indoor golf day at night, tried the driving range mode, as well as the on course mode, both were good. Very friendly staff, they greet you right at the entrance and guide you all the way to your bay. Spacious facility, they get real chipping, putting areas which is amazing, I didn't have time to try them though. You have to bring your own golf ball, which actually is a good idea.1 weird thing happened was, my friend played during day time at the other bay, he complaint about the lag/slow response of the simulator. But when he watched me play at night, I didn't experience that issue. Guessing it's a specific simulator device issue.Something that may need to be fixed is the GPS route, I used the google map to drive to the golf factory, somehow it directed me to an wrong entrance. It's not the golf factory problem, but it would be great if they can communicate with google map to help fix the issue. Besides, after I parked the car, there is no sign to the entrance, I kind of used 1-2 minute to find it out, no big deal for me now, as I know where it's now. But it would be great for new golfer if they can see the sign to the entrance.

Incredible facility! The bays are so large and comfortable. The data trackman gives is very helpful for working on your game and the short game area is like nothing else I have ever seen, an indoor sand bunker! Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Amazing facility to get you through the long Edmonton winter. Staff is great and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

The Golf Factory is by far the best indoor golf experience in Edmonton. I've played indoor golf in Edmonton for the past 15 years and Golf Factory is the best yet.Trackman requires some knowledge of the system in order to appreciate it and understand it. So, if you have not used this system before maybe spend a few minutes researching for yourself or go with a friend who has used Trackman before.Like any indoor golf system, Trackman has it's limitations and also areas where it excels. This is the case for all indoor golf simulators, none of them are perfect.Nice job to James and the staff for responding to the comments and always looking to improve their service/product offering.

Great Facility, it has everything you need to maintain your game through the winter. Staff are knowledgeable on the Trackmans and are always friendly and inviting. Easily the best indoor golf facility in Edmonton.

The Golf Factory is the premier practice facility in Edmonton. Nothing like it. If you’re serious about your game or just wanting to have fun, this is the place. Great short game area, trackman bays (lots) and two putting greens (one with PuttView). Can’t be beat. Well done team!

Honest review. I'm a big golfer. Winter golf is a must. Went with a friend.The good:- Great large space.- Putting etc.- Obviously new equipment.The bad:- The bays are very secluded. Feels very cold (not temp but the environment) vs most golf sims.- The empty sound of a factory with no sound proofing is atrocious.- The bays and mats feel cheap.- For the cost, I expected a lot more. Feels very underwhelming.

this is the best facility I have ever been to! There are almost always times that you can get in and the facility is stunning. There is a place in the building dedicated to helping each part of your game from the simulators to the putting greens to the short game area and bunker. The staff are friendly and are always there to help you out. Great place to go if you are trying to improve and are on the road to scratch or better, and also a great place to have some fun with your friends!

Edmonton is so lucky to have The Golf Factory! Such a great place to gather and work on your game. The facility is amazing with all of the newest and state of the art technology, and also some of the best professional trainers in Edmonton. Great for keeping your swing going during those long winter days and evenings. Thanks to the Golf Factory for keeping us active and off of the couch!
