John came out to give us a quote and was fantastic. He understood our needs (and tight timeline) and did his best to make everything work. He gave us a competitive price, and had Andrew and his crew come out and complete our yard transition in one day. We loved working with Scott's Sod and will happily use them in the future.

We called Scott’s Sod to get a quote for a small job, they came out the next day and gave us a very reasonable quote. All we wanted was to have grass removed along our fence and replaced with rock. They arrived 2 days early because of the weather and did an amazing job. They kept us updated all along the process , very professional and courteous. Based on online reviews, I requested and received an online quote from Scott's Sod for a pallet of sod to be delivered on a Saturday morning. Was pleased that my order came ~8:00AM so I could install before the midday heat. Sod was good quality, and was delivered exactly where I wanted. I was happy with the price and would recommend Scott's Sod.

Very poor service and unprofessional. Sent in a request for a quote. It took them forever to come out to the house. After discussing our needs, he said he would send us the quote by email. Never heard from them again.

I contacted Scott for a quote. He promptly came and gave us an expected date for installing the new Sod. The job was done professionally and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Folks, Google is a great place to start a hunt for companies to take on whatever tasks you have on your mind. This is where I started when I needed to get Landscaping done.My experience with Scott's has been so positive I am dropping this review down so other people looking to get their yards looked after can stop right here. I can tell you with 100% certainty Scott's will look after you, so impressed were the wife and I that we have pre booked for next year. Yes, they were that good.Before we start into this I'm giving Loraine a call out for being exceptional, she was the one on the front lines taking the calls while everyone was out attending to customers, she should not be overlooked and is part of the positive impression that was left with us.To start, we had Jon come out to give us a quote, he showed up exactly on time, we discussed, he took pictures, measurements it was an all around good first impression.There is obviously a round table that occurs of some sort as there was a discussion about what was being asked and how to do it properly at the office. Enter Jen who we talked to and she explained the challenges with the request and they were discussing best options.Jon came out a second time to review the work area. In came the quote, lets discuss this part.First, worth mentioning is they had a visual of our house from the pictures they had taken and Jen had gone in to add the work requested. So what we had was a very good idea of what the finished job would look like.Price, you get a quote that has options. We were putting in a garden bed to cover up some unsightly work we had done, we had choices for the filler, did we want bricks on the front and back, options that we had discussed with Jen. As we clicked or unclicked the price adjusted on the fly. The price itself was exactly where we thought it would be and reasonable.I called Jen to commit and here's the part that floored me. They had a 6 man crew at our house that same day. Being fair, they had a crew that had finished early in Okotoks and they drove to us in Airdrie to fill in their day.For the next 8 hours in 30 degrees, these gents worked.Normally, when I have a scheduled visit like this, I prep with drinks/snacks for these guys. Same day, I didn't have that opportunity. Our neighbour's were out offering them ice cream, the crew had their significant others coming out to drop off drinks and food during the event.Jen, our contact was there three times to go over everything we had discussed with the group so nothing was missed. It was finished in one day and still done with professional workmanship, they cared about the finished product. They would have come back next day if warranted, in this case they stayed until 8 at night. Jen came out to close with us and make sure we were happy at 8 as well by the way.To any and all reading this, I can not recommend this business enough. Other outfits wouldn't even call me back, Scott's stayed with me from start to finish.The only thing you could do wrong here is -not- give them chance to do for you what they did for us.To Jen, Jon, Loraine and the crew who showed up same day, whose names I wish I had, thank you so very,very much. We'll see you next year!

Excellent, professional work at a very good price. Scott's team did a great job removing our old lawn and laying down new soil and sod. They re-scheduled quickly when torrential rain cancelled the original install date, and they worked efficiently but with care and skill. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job and were very knowledgeable and courteous. Scott gave us a lot of great lawn maintenance advice as well. We highly recommend.

We just had the crew over for a spring clean up/aerating and our lawn looks fantastic! They were very kind and professional and did a thorough job! Thank you!

Just want to give a shout out to the incredible team at Scott's Sod. We had our front lawn replaced last fall and they did a great job from start to finish leaving our property spotless. We decided to hire them for year round maintenance as well and were very pleased with the snow clearing this winter. Today they came by to do our Spring Clean and they did an amazing job! So happy to have found this company, they are a hard working, polite and respectful group of people. Thank you Scott's Sod!
