Miralis

Terribly disappointed!!! A word of warning, if you’re thinking of renovating your kitchen with Miralis’ laminate polyester shaker door model in white and expect your cabinet doors and drawers to have a uniform white colour, they won’t! What was not disclosed is because this door model is made up of 2 different materials, the center being melamine and the outer edge a coated polyester , the colour between the two will never be an exact match. They sell you and show you white samples, the pictures in their catalogue indicate a uniform white colour but actual production isn’t. They are NOT a uniform white colour but rather 2 very obvious tones of white. My cabinets look horrible and cheap, definitely not worth the money I paid for. Numerous pictures were sent to them and the solution I was presented with was, if I want white cabinets with a uniform colour I would need to pay the difference to upgrade to their Similaque model. How pathetic. Besides that, all the cabinet door hinges were squeaky, definitely not silent as advertised. They all had to be removed and replaced. This is a huge disappointment and extremely dissatisfied. Consider going elsewhere!

Have dealt with many cabinet manufacturers. None compare to the service, quality and style of Miralis.

We have had our white cabinets and blue island for almost a year and they still look great! I find them easy to clean. I like the under the sink liner and the drawer close perfectly and softly.

Price to quality not applicable.We are very disappointed in our expensive kitchen. The finish isn’t at all durable.The company’s client service leaves a lot to desire. Several parts came damaged. But specifically one of the doors came damaged when first installed. Company agreed to replace it. When the technician showed up with the replacement door, it also was damaged. He said he would have Miralis send another new door. Miralis responded by saying they would replace the replacement door but would not pay for the labour. Really!!! You send 2 damaged doors in a row and then expect us to cover the final install. Obviously poor quality control out the door and poor after sale service. Do yourself a favour and forgo all the hype and look elsewhere. Heck even the budget friendly blue and yellow Swedish company as a more durable product and better after sale service.

I have been trying to reach Miralis for several months. My cabinets are splitting, falling off the hinges, and one has come off the hinges and shattered into smithereens. There is a lifetime warranty on their products. I finally received one email from Genevieve telling me to go to my local dealer. I’ve emailed and called asking them if they are going to be paying the local dealer. No response. Do not buy!!!!

Produits et matériaux haut de gamme ! Très impressionnée par la qualité de fabrication également. Souci du détail qui va même jusqu'à un petit kit d'entretien. Tout était parfait, des meubles aux poignées, en passant par les pentures et les finis des portes et tiroirs. Bravo Miralis.

Extrêmement déçue de la qualité et la durabilité des produits et ce sans parler de la qualité de l’assemblage !!! C’est un investissement extrêmement coûteux et j’en suis plus qu’insatisfaite !

Très déçu de Miralis. Mauvais service et je ne recommande aucunement cette compagnie.Nos armoires de cuisine ont été commendées en août dernier pour une livraison début décembre. À la mi-novembre on nous annonce que c'est repoussé en février, et une journée ouvrable avant la livraison en février, on vient d'apprendre que ce ne serait pas avant le 17 mars.Notre ancienne cuisine a été complètement démolie à l'automne pour recevoir la nouvelle début décembre. Nous avons du encourir des frais de re-logement substentiels en raison des délais, ce qui est inacceptable.Les enjeux de main-d'oeuvre et d'approvisionnement sont bien connus depuis longtemps. Pourquoi ne pas aviser les clients dès la signature du contrat au lieu de nous leurer et nous faire miroiter des dates de livraison qu'ils ne respectront pas? Très mauvaise gestion de leur part.On a déjà eu des enjeux de qualité avec une autre cuisine Miralis installée en 2014. Un spécialiste nous a dit que cette usure prématurée n'était pas normale. On avait quand même décidé de donner une 2e chance à Miralis mais ce fut clairement une erreur de notre part. C'est définitivement la dernière fois qu'on fait affaire avec cette compagnie.
