The Fit By A is a wonderful small gym! Personally I had a hard time going to a bigger company brand gyms because of feeling insecure of how I looked in the gym. But with being with Fit By A they made me feel welcomed, safe and protected. The trainers here are all so nice. They are very professional working with you on your goals and they make you work out hard and that hour pass so fast, that sometime you don’t want to leave!If you still feel unsure, I highly suggest you take there 1 month session and feel the place out. Honestly you will love it!

Fit By A is a great, friendly, and judgment free place to workout! The staff members are super helpful and friendly. Anna is of great of help if you ever need assistance with anything at the gym. They have good variety of equipment and the gym is kept exceptionally clean!

I joined Fit By A Studio since May 2021 and that was one of the best decision I have made to improve my health . I did 2 sets of 3 month one on one unlimited sessions and now, I drop in 5 days a week and enjoying it every moment. Anna was very accommodative and flexible to my busy schedule throughout Covid. Highly talented and supportive team makes it very easy to meet any of your goals. Highly recommended.

I have been training at Fit By A Studio for over a year now and I love it. It’s a boutique style facility that has a very friendly and comfortable environment. I love the privacy and the accessibility of the studio. The staff are amazing. I have been training with head trainer Anna and she is absolutely amazing. She offers insights and corrections when necessary and she tailors your fitness plan according to your needs. I would definitely recommend this gym to others! It’s such a comfortable and fun environment.

Anna does a great job creating a judgment free open environment! I have participated in group classes, personal training and on a drop in basis. She has keeps a personal connection with all her clients and that keeps me motivated to keep going back!!

The team at Fit by A has made me feel so comfortable being back at the gym after 2 years. I have been going for about 7 months and the trainers have been working by my side to accomplish my goals. The gym follows all COVID-19 protocols. The owner is very professional and nice. Definitely a perfect place to workout if you have gym insecurities.

Very friendly and welcoming environment.Good place to work out in a peaceful atmosphere. The power class in the morning is awesome its just been 2 weeks since I've joined, I can see the results already. Anna really puts her full effort towards your training.
