Youri was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain to us exactly what minor issues the house had, to larger concerns like changing the windows. He clearly has a ton of professional experience and we feel like we can now go into the purchase of the house knowing exactly its strengths and weaknesses. We were extremely happy with his inspection and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to have a home inspection.

Used AmeriSpec for a pre-purchase inspection. I have a background in construction and have purchased multiple homes using other inspection companies, so I can honestly say that this was by far the is the most thorough, and on point inspection I've ever had. Norman Despins was extremely professional and knowledgeable not only pointing out what's wrong, but also noting the good as well as offering advice on potential future problems and areas that require regular maintenance or keeping an eye on. You easily can find a cheaper inspection company, but remember, you get what you pay for!!!

I am generally satisfied with the inspection, but I don't think the price is justified, pver $700 for a 26x40 bungalow is too much.They don't test for asbestos, radon, mold, foundation issues, they don't even have thermal cameras. Too much of the report is we recommend having a licensed contractor look at this" and things like "loose faucet handle" "missing handrail"

Thanks AmeriSpec, Richard, and David who has been there for both of our inspections this past year, and both guys who have joined him (didn't get the name for the lead being shadowed most recent but he was very personable and wanting to be helpful). We'll definitely stay with AmeriSpec for our inspections; we super appreciated especially their understanding around scheduling and working with us around the messiness that is the home buying process... thanks again AmeriSpec!

my friend did inspection with this company two month ago and I like the guy who inspect my friend's house. I choose them for my house and the inspector was professional and accurate. he give 70 page report with all recommendation which helps me a lot.strongly recommended
