I first met Adil almost 5 years ago when I returned to Toronto to rent an apartment. He found me a great space downtown. We kept in touch (he has great content on Instagram and through his blog) and when it came time to look for my next house to buy, we were already talking. I just purchased a home during this crazy period of real estate and it was pretty painless and I got a great deal. Adil is not your typical real estate agent. He gives you the facts and doesn't try to oversell. He has great overall economic/market insights and I love our conversations/friendly debates. If you want a knowledgeable partner who will be honest and straightforward with you when it counts, but work toward getting you what you want, Adil is your guy. Can't recommend enough!
