I have been buying used laptops for my high school and college niece and nephews (they are in the Philippines) for the past 5 years. And all three laptops are still useful and working properly for them. And these few months ago, I got 3 laptops, one Mac Pro 13 and two HP. One for me, another one for my husband and another one for a nephew again. I have a lot of them.I am always satisfied with the quality of the laptops, just a few minor dents, very clean and neat still, comes with Microsoft office package and it really lasts a long time. What I appreciate most is the customer service. They are really very helpful for whatever question or anything you need. In my case, I am not familiar using a Mac Pro. I really cannot figure out even how to sign in or use an app at all. So, I phoned them and this gentleman who answered my call help me beyond my expectation. He was there the whole time helping me how to figure out this new gadget of mine". Sooo happy exploring my new laptop now.
