From check in to getting into the room I felt the great service of the staffs. Especially Handra. She talk to me like an old friend. I was assigned in a very clean room, spacious and it.has a beautiful view. I will definitely come.back and stay here on my next visit. Superb!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean but what made my stay was the costumer service. They went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and included some extras They were very personable and cheerful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a place to stay.

My stay at the CASSANDRA HOTEL was a delight. I would like to commend HANDRA the hotel receptionist. She was a most gracious host and very helpful. The price was fair, and the room was spacious, clean and quiet. FRED GALLANT

I was contacted by Handra again and offered me a better deal. You know what, there is nothing wrong for renovation specially if its for the better and comfort of who will stay. What wrong with having a very nice room with a reasonable price? take look at their king room. Simple but elegant. Plus 70inches tv and a good mountain view.Relaxing. I love this hotel. No regrets to stay here.

No complaints from me! Hotel is currently undergoing renovations so accessibility may be impacted, but if that's not an issue the place is definitely worth the price!

Everything went well. Lovely stay and nice room and view. Calm and peaceful.Thanks a lot specially to Handra. Great customer service. Happy to meet her today. I will surely come back next time.

People reading reviews needs to pay attention to what you read online. We are returning people of Cassandra Hotel. Thre are only 2 reasons why people leave the place. Emergency reason or person's crazy behavior. I find staffs of Cassandra really helpful, very lovely especially Handra of reception.By the way they have a new systematic digital lock! Very convenient.

The only things good about the place were the staff and the view from the window. If you are going to be late for check-in, then you might have to stay outside as there is no staff after 10:15 pm, and if you have no cellphone connection, then you are done. The hotel does not have an elevator. The lobby is too small. The rooms lack lighting. It's just depressing inside.The beds and sheets have stains on them, and unfortunately, you can not complain about it as no one would be at the hotel to help you out. Also it's very expensive comparing what you get for your money.

Great place with great people. Accomodation is clean. Staffs are friendly. Rooms very spacious and bed is comfortable. I want to recommend this place because of the area which is close to downtown and a lot of restaurants are available. Special thanks to Handra for recommending churches chicken. We will see you again soon.

I totally agree with the positive reviews they are posting. Specially about their staff. Handra is very helpful. She was so eager to help everyone. Luckg that we met her. I also would like to everyone know that the hotel is very nice. Their rooms are very clean. Simple. Old but gold. 10/10 score! We feel very special and safe.Great
