The old man is an a***** I went there to fill my & i needed to pay inside I asked him for $20 of 91 on pump 1 he said okay your good I say thank u and return to my car to fill gas.. I get there and the pump is not working I push 91 and it kept telling me select grade.. which I had already did. The old man starts waving at me wildly from inside the station, so I go inside I say the pump is not working he says to me okay take your money and leave.. i said excuse me shocked by his attitude toward me for no reason.. he says come here I return your money and you leave. I said may I move to another pump and he tells me no I can’t fill my car here i must go .. I said but what did I do completely confused at what was taking place and how I was being spoken too . He said all the pumps are working you did not select 91.. when I did.. and yours is the only one with the problem.. leave. Speaking to me like a piece of trash.. this was horrible customer service I’ve never experienced something like this. Last time I go here. Disgusting. If I could give a 0 star I would.

RUDE owner & workers. The price is low here usually but the pumps/meters can be a SCAM sometimes so pay attention. Also, credit card FRAUD goes on here. Customers beware. Had enough of the problems here. Will no longer come to this location for anything.

I understand loss prevention and fraud is the main reason prepay is in effect, no issues. What I don't understand is when gas prices are so high, you only have 100 max at your pumps to prepay. You can't fill up a pick up truck or SUVs from even a quarter tank with that. Increase your maximums at the pump.. join the rest of the world

poor customer service from the employees the work in this petro canada, theres an old gentleman very rude and always swearing at customers i been in this location 3 times and everytime i come i get the worse service ever today i came to get gas i didnt notice my card was still inside the tray so i thought the pump wasnt working so i went to another pump and thats when i realized that my card was still there so he came out shouting saying take out the stupid card out of my pump and come inside very rude especially been early in the morning, so i took my business some where i went to esso station down the street, you guys need to improve your training with your employees on proper customer service

Rude and unprofessional cashier working today august 11 around 1030pm; It was busy and I found an open pump (no6) and got out and was about to pay at the pump but the screen read please see cashier, so I go inside thinking he programmed the pump to pay before which I know some cashiers do at pumps near the exits or out of sight and I’m like no biggy, I go in and tell him 40 on 6 after he heard what I said he’s like it’s not working and the nice guy behind me confirmed he tried using it and had to find another pump; also no biggy, I suggested putting an out of order sign for everyone’s sake; he then yelled to me “I cant I’m here by myself!”, I’m thinking this guys miserable and walked out found another pump payed at the pump and was driving off and funny thing is I seen him running and putting an out of order sign on 6 while someone just occupied it; maybe I taught him some customer service skills which he clearly had none, also my cousin mentioned the same cashier being rude to him; I knew I should’ve went to esso at the next lights over which I usually do and probably will do from now on to avoid his negativity and I’ll make sure my friends and family do the same as well.

I got 2 gift cards in November. 100 dollars each. The person I gifted to called me that there is no amount in the card. This was so embarrassing.I have to spend 3 hours drive or spend money on Canada post to retrieve the gift card and go to complain. I would never buy gift cards from Petro Canada, I would probably never give them any business in general.

All Credit card at pump not working

I was starting to like this place cause of their gas price. I called to ask the gas price so I don’t have to drive and be disappointed with the price cause they keep on changing it but the staff working at this time said that they don’t give gas prices on the phone. Best employee of the month!
