Very good service for a big compang

FCA is a joke, I paid $103,000.00 for my 2019 Ram 3500 Limited. Not even 60,000kms on my truck and the engine has blown up. Since it has been in the shop since 31-Jan-2022 with a promise of parts in on Jan-31, then Feb-7, then Feb 11 and now Feb-21. You would think a multi million dollar company like this would provide support. However they have provided nothing but disappointment at all levels. Shipped parts via road and have no idea ever where the parts or what’s happening. They know that road transport is delayed, and when they could have got a waybill and put on a plane to deliver in 27hrs nope they don’t care. The dealership to Legacy Dodge in Fort McMurray as well never answers the phone or helps anything to make sure clients are up to date or even make any efforts to get the parts. Guess that’s true they will do anything to get you in the door then when you buy they have zero care for you. Warrenty work yes they make nothing off it so you go to the back of the line to get your truck fixed.So so unprofessional and will be filing a class action lawsuit against both FCA and Legacy Dodge over this. I do not recommend anyone ever buy a vehicle through Fiat/FCA/Chrysler.
