Had gutter serve come by my house earlier this year to realign my gutters because my gutters were overflowing during rain falls and going into my foundation. I had Mike from gutter serve come by and realign the gutters. So I thought. I paid them for the services only to find out the next downpour that my gutters were not realigned and I had the original problem still happening. I have been contacting him nonstop for over three months they keep giving me the runaround and no one comes by to rectify the problem. It’s obvious that they don’t guarantee their work. I am now writing reviews and letting the public know about their services. I will be contacting the local newspaper and hopefully get some air time on the local news. It’s not fair to myself or any other homeowners experiencing the same problem by this company Gutter Serve.Update to owner at Gutter ServeI did not use my real name for the review as I don’t want the general public to know my first and last name. I assure you sure you that I am a customer of yours and I have called you many times before and no one returned mine and my wife’s calls. I would like to have this issue rectified ASAP.It’s unfortunate that I have to write a review on Google pages for you to respond to me. Also review on Yellow Pages too.

Very poor service.We hired Gutter Serve to clean our gutters. We explained that we have a walk out and the back of our house is quite high. They said no problem and gave us quite a reasonable quote.My husband felt they under-quoted us and sent an email further explaining that we have a big house and that the back is quite high. We also gave a link to a flyover youtube video of the house.They came first guy came out and said that it was too high for him but that the owner's crew could do the work. That night a women called explained that it was a larger job than they thought and would have to increase the quote. We said no problem, that we actually expected it to be more. She said someone would be out the next day.No one showed up so we sent a message, they said that they were a bit behind but would be here soon. This went on for a few days.My husband called again today and they just said no, we aren't coming it is too big of a job.This is completely unprofessional. We were very up front about the house and they should of said from the start that they couldn't do it.

Gutterserve replaced all of our eavestroughing on the house and garage. Was very pleased with the whole process, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to those looking for this type of work.

Yeah thats a handicap spot. Zero respect.
