I had ordered a prescription, which needed an adult signature. An unexpected appointment took me out of my home the day it was to be delivered. On the off chance I could postpone delivery, I called them. They answered right away and I explained my situation and told them that I wouldn't be home until about 2pm.The dispatcher put me on hold and called the driver. When he returned, he told me the driver would be in the area soon, but agreed to go in the afternoon. You can't get THAT kind of service from the big three! I highly recoomend this company.

AB courier has the best customer service.I used to work for a sign shop and we were having trouble setting up shipping for our new website. AB courier was under no obligation to help us. Yet, Brian was extremely helpful and took the initiative to help us resolve the issue!

Terrible company to work for. The staff are so involved with themselves that they have no concern for their drivers. They do not provide the legal allowable time for lunch. When asked what should I do they told me to bring a lunch with you and they expect you to eat while driving. Putting you at major risk. They simply see them as expendable. Replaceable. With using your own vehicle, gas out of your own pocket and maintenance your left with about $300/weekly. I don’t know anybody that can afford to live off of that. I had to work two different jobs just to make ends meet. Think thoroughly before applying.

Some kind of professionals you guys have working for you, This driver cut me off and brake checked me because he was angry not to mention his liftgate is not properly put away. Drivers like this is why people hate professional drivers They give other professionals a bad name. This driver does not have the mental capacity to safely operate a commercial vehicle.
