Our property manager Cal Warren is very professional, is prompt to respond to our requests, goes above and beyond for us and is easy to speak with. I have known Cal professionally for about 4 years and now we use him as our personal property manager. We are very pleased with how he handles our investment and he gives us sound advice with respect to our tenants.

Cal Warren of Re Max Property Management is probably one of thebest Property Manager in the Kelowna area. He is knowledgeable, ethical and a professional of the highest degree. I received professional services from other Property Management companies in Kelowna and can only say that they are simply no match with Cal's professionalism and his level of customer services. It is simply superlative! I can only say that it is really a privilege to work with Cal.

My high end mountain bike was stolen on one of the properties they manage. I do not lay blame on them for the incident even though my lock was cut within a code accessed secure bike cage within a key-fob accessed parkade. However, getting them to respond to the incident or provide information to the RCMP was like pulling teeth. They also refused to review security footage. What is the point of security cameras if they will not review footage even after a request from the RCMP. Very unhelpful and disappointing... did not seem they cared at all to improve security for the future either. I suggest bringing your bikes into your units.

This review is a shortened version of my bad experience with Remax Management Solutions. I ended up with terrible tenants who damaged my property and caused me monetary loss, among many other things. One property manager in particular was deceptive on a number of occasions and unprofessional. My tenants were filthy, disrespectful, continuously late and deficient in funds, and the company made many accounting errors.I forwarded a complaint to the managing broker/owner (Shillington) who stated they decided not to address my concerns with the property manager Louise , so she could retire on a happy note. Essentially, they disregarded my concerns.As an experienced landlord, I do not recommend this company. I had a lot of frustrations and lost a lot of money using their services.On a positive note, during my search for a new manager, I spoke with a number of great potentials. There are some good ones out there.

Tony has been my property manager over the past five years while I have spent most of those years living abroad.Due to his expertise and professionalism I have been able to live those years worry free knowing my property is in great hands.I have never had any issues and have had my property rented 100 percent of the time since hiring Tony.I would highly recommend such an honest and hard working property manager to anyone of my friends and family members as well as anyone looking for credible professional help with their property.Thank you Tony.

Cal Warren of REMAX looked after our townhome when we lived in the States for over two years. We always felt confident that Cal would take great care of our home in West Kelowna. He would often make suggestions for safety measures or needed maintenance, etc. and emailed me a weekly report. He even oversaw some small renovation projects on our behalf. I cant say enough great things about Cal and his staff. I received a detailed monthly financial report from their accountant as REMAX also set up and paid our monthly utilities.
