Nice staff that's why I'm giving 1 star. They did not have the bra I wanted in the colour I needed, so I asked if they could order it for me to either the store or my house. They couldn't do neither. Then I asked if they could let me know which store had it. They told me I had to find out for myself by calling other locations.Very unimpressed and kind of annoyed. I ended up driving to another location in mississauga (because I called and put it on hold there myself). I went to pay and said I got an email that says 20% off and then the cashier told me it was online only. Not a great experience.

Fantastically friendly staff... Not just at the door but on the floor as well, highly knowledgeable & great at directing those of us were a little bit clueless about picking these sometimes intimidatingly detailed creations!I walked in with a model who was not that confident about herself and we had a photo shoot later that day that when so well, partially because of the great advice we got in store!I really appreciated the help and wish I'd gotten your names to give you a direct should out ☺️Keep up the great work!

I went a few months ago; in comparison to other stores where I felt uncomfortable shopping due to my size, the staff here were legit so nice! Its not easy being kind in such a strenuous job so props to them!

My wife had a great experience at Victoria's Secret... Great selection of products and great quality.... The staff took customer service to the next level and ensured that she recieved the advice she needed to leave when the products she wanted....Thanks ladies....

It is not cool when you take 2 5kg jacket and they refuse to let you hang your outwear and stopping you to sit on the chair. These are my own issues, but I foud disrespectful all the time.They would rather let you put it on the ground, had believe they are thinking for the customers.

This location is quite nice and as long as you go when it isn't too busy, the service is fantastic. It is what you would expect from the store and brand.

Had the best experience today at this store, Bianca went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and told me about all the sales they had going on. They store was really organized and had a lot of selection. Definitely one of the nicer pink stores I’ve been to

Super friendly shop assistants and a huge variety of styles. One might consider prices quite high but I think they are perfectly fair.

Nice enough store as far as design and layout. Front section is a little dark but gets brighter as you go further in. I'm guessing this is to provide a little comfort from people looking in as they walk past shop. Store is laid out nicely so that you can find what you're looking for pretty easily.Quality of products is pretty good for a chain store and prices are fairly decent. Styles are rather unadventurous if you are looking for something different but tends to lean towards making stuff to make the average woman feel sexy.Staff is not very friendly or helpful so be prepared to spend extra time searching on your own. I was shopping on my own for my girlfriend (just looking for a little kimono style robe) and in the 30-45 minutes I was there not a single sales person asked if a need any assistance. Ended up picking up a couple of leggings.Check out was relatively quick and well staffed.

The store is awesome and smells so good.The staff is super friendly and helpful . They ask relevant questions to people entering .The stuff is usually expensive here plus the taxes make it worst.I was here just to take a stroll and look for a clearance section but it wasn’t!The store is clean and decent.Perfumes are the best but again duh very expensive
