It's the best looking, most modern A&W I've ever been too. The staff were awesome. I loved their Christmas decorations and I think it was honestly the best Teen burger I've ever had.

There was a girl training another girl and doing a great job, they were both great, I had a good time. I found out that a&w has gravy and it's good gravy

A & W has always been a great place to eat and relax while traveling. I understand staffing issues I get it! Only having the drive trough open when you are in a large unit is a pain.Good luck in finding staff.

Good food but very short staffed, I've gone here at 4 in the afternoon and the place was closed a few times, but nobody wants to work anymore they just want free money

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Food was cold, onion rings were soggy and were missing parts of our order, and when brought to their attention they told us we never paid for them.And then while we all sat down to eat, they decided to start cleaning…… right beside our table.Very unimpressed most likely will never be back again.

Dont bother coming here if you are looking for onion rings, they never have them. I asked why and they told me that they sell out of them everyday. I asked why they dont make more and the girl at the till said because they are understaffed and because they dont feel like it. So in other words laziness... pretty pathetic if you ask me. They should be doing the job that they are paid to do.

Service was slow over 20 minutes to cook a burger. Tomatoes were old and crystalized. It is a small mountain town so this can be expected.

Grease literally started pouring from our bag, pancakes weren't cooked properly, didn't receive all our order. Overall pretty garbage experience.
