Family business. Always friendly. Ready to serve while you wait (if possible)prices are reasonable for all top quality parts and labour. I have been coming to Vik since 2011. Not planning to go anywhere else.I do recommend them to anyone who wants top quality stuff and services.

The pin on my bracelet was slightly extruded so I went in to get the pin screwed back in. This seemed like a 5 second job of just using a screwdriver. However they said they would charge me for screwing in a pin so I decided to leave, not the most friendly or helpful shop.

Had my Seiko 5 repaired. Runs more accurately than it ever has. The repair cost was more than I wanted but the result was good. If you're looking for a real watch mechanic, go here.

I wanted to get an extra link for a watch my dad gave me that was nearly 40 years old. Although they didn’t have a link, they were able to extend it via a pin in the band. They were very nice and helpful and didn’t even charge me for it. I’m not too aware of the world of watches but I was in and out within 5 minutes and they handled everything perfectly

Came in looking to buy a couple watches; Place looked nice but service was terrible. The older guy there looked like the owner was very rude and had the biggest attitude. Didn’t want to answer any questions regarding the type of watches they carry, “we have what we have” had no knowledge on the watches and their serial numbers, and when asked what specific watches they import, his response was “we import whatever we have in the store” what?? They could’ve gone over the brands and kinds of watches they import and been a bit more friendly and professional. I’m sorry but these guys were very unprofessional and have no customer service experience. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Had a great experience! Found some amazing watch straps for my vintage watches !! The store has over 4000 straps to choose from, haven’t seen that collection anywhere!! They were very patient since I had no cash and had to withdraw my money ! Surely going back to see some of their watches and also probably service my old watches.

I work as a buyer in the film and TV industry so I shop for a living and I have not been treated so rudely in quite some time.I admittedly was looking for a specific type of watch to match an important prop we needed, but I was told that despite having thousands of watches and possibly having something that would work for what I need, I was told by the owner (or he may have possibly been an employee) that it was not worth his time to find it.If you have so many items then maybe you should inventory them better? Or if you have so much product that you can't be bothered to look through it when a customer needs something then maybe you should slim down your overstock?Either way, I will take my money elsewhere and I intend to tell every buyer I know that they should do the same. This city has many other great watch stores, and I would rather spend my money somewhere where I am not dismissed for asking for help.

Couldn't have asked for a better watch buying experience. The lady working there and Vik were very professional and polite. I ended up settling on this Citizen Ecodrive watch. I also bought a black nylon band to go with it and they attached it for me. Walked out a very happy customer. Thanks!

Great customer service! Reasonable prices with fast service. The staff are professionals and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for Swiss watches and a high selection of watch straps.

We started going to Canadian Watch when my wife’s watch was poorly repaired elsewhere, and Vic saved it…Thanks again!This past visit my wife and I had 2 watch batteries replaced - because of 1 of the watch’s design, its replacement was more-difficult than the other, but Vic took care of both immediately. He also noticed the watch needed an external clean and did a quick but excellent cosmetic clean at no charge - watch looks like new - we really appreciate their customer focus.Again our thanks to you both!
