I contacted BDO through their online contact request form on December 13th. I received an email and text confirmation that my request had been received and someone would call me within the times that I requested. By December 28th. I had not received a call from anyone, so I called the office and scheduled an appointment for December 29th with Naraini Sunichura for 4:30 p.m. on the 29th. She never called. I never received an email or call to reschedule or to apologize and today is January 3rd and I still have not heard back from anybody at BDO.

BDO put in everything in perspective with solutions for my Covid based debt. They offered solutions and great advice. When you are freaking out about how to manage debt they advise a route to get through it. I was really struggling with debt and collectors when I found BDO through a friend. I was linked with Angel and from our first phone call I finally felt like everything was going to be okay. She walked me through my options and we discussed which would best suit my case and what I wanted. I finally have some peace knowing everything is going to be okay. Angel and the trustee (I don't remember his name) were very professional and helpful. Angel really helped me find the right solution, I highly recommend BDO and Angel specifically.
