July 2021: Great service, freshly cooked food served exactly how I asked for it to be. Washrooms were very clean!Overall a great experience!February 5 2022: my previous review was a five star, this from last year in July. Unfortunately our visit there yesterday, was the opposite as in terrible. This visit a two star, the service was not very good, we four of us chose to dine in at the restaurant, similar to what we did last year. The food order, could not come in a bag we had to carry the fries, the chicken strips the drinks to our table individually as no trays we're available. Bags were also unavailable, for use in the restaurant, they were however available for customers being served at the drive-thru.The food wasn't the usual a dairy Queen hot and freshly cooked. Instead it was warm, most likely from a heater instead of the opposite.While waiting for the Sundaes to be prepared, I felt bad for the customer, who is trying to explain to the girl at the cash that he couldn't read the name that was put on the birthday cake. The cake was a large enough cake to say happy birthday and put a name, his request for help or dismissed he left the restaurant with the cake unchanged

No customers in DQ when we arrived. Fries were served cold, requested fresh fries. Ate our hamburgers and still no fries were replaced. Asked if thee fries were ready yet, they then took another 5 minutes to deliver 1 batch hat fries and 1 batch of cold fries. Server was friendly and apologized. Will never come again.

Came for a dinner. Decided to order the chicken strip meal deal. Asked what sundae I would like I asked for hot fudge. He said there wasn't any out frontThen asked could I change it to a blizzard. He said sure but the one I wanted had hot fudge. It wasn't busy at that time. Why could they get the fudge out. Took my cup went to get iced tea no ice tea. Had my meal brought to me and the strips were tiny and not many fries. Bit disappointed. Only good thing was the ice cream was creamy.

They were closing and to get out of their hair we left as soon as we got our order, which we waited 20 minutes for. Then when we checked our bag in the car the order was wrong. I knocked on the window, considering I was missing part of my order I wasn’t going to leave and to which the staff had looked at me and then ignored me. I was being polite and understanding as I get the want to close up but at least do your job right. Yea I get its fast food but if i got the wrong item whatever, but to miss a whole item. do better

Order a $47 birthday cake the chocolate ice cream tasted like dish soap..Everyone blamed the wooden cutlery…However ate some once we got home..Same yucky tasteI phoned the same location they said we could have a free cake? Diarrhea, again? I guess we won’t eat the chocolate portion

Man this nerd that served me my blizzard. Didn't do the upside down thing. My fiancee who doesn't know about the blizzard upside down rule asked what it meant. I have been visiting this location of Dairy Queen a couple of times a year for a few years. No issues, pretty standard service. I went through the drive through a few days ago and was prompted to tip on the machine, and had to touch the machine to bypass this screen to pay. Instead of just using the tap function to pay like every other drive through. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have many issues with tipping culture bleeding into many places it shouldn't, but for the love of everything, it's so ridiculous to have a tip prompt in a fast food drive through, nevermind how unsanitary it is to have to touch the debit machine hundreds of others have right before possibly eating your food. And worse, I highly doubt any tips on that machine go to the workers you are tipping". Just straight greed of a store owner. I won't ever be back."

As usual confirmation why I go to this location once a year. Asked for medium skor Blizzard with extra skor. Got home skor top 1/4 of cup remaining 3/4 zero skor. Can't win my experiences always over priced under whelming treats. Hince why I always ask extra extra etc & pay the extra extra. They still rip you off. Also don't reply with your standard copy paste were sorry pls come back or hey reach to this site and complain again. How about you reach out to the store and correct the wrongs. Why isn't the District Managers or owners being notified immediately and remedies done for the customers. You take our $ and not give us what we ordered and no $ back or gift card coupon etc ?? Read all the previous reviews & responses it's pitiful.

This DQ is always lined up (drive thru) when I come but the line goes pretty quick. The sauced and tossed honey BBQ chicken strips are awesome, you must try them. Very good customer service and food, also the ice cream has never disappointed.
