Green Approved Solutions

I had my furnace installed by green approved solutions in 2019, and they did a good job. So I had no hesitation calling them when my ancient AC finally died this month. They got me a new one for a good price and installed it efficiently. They are easy to deal with and do a good job. I would recommend using them.

Jason and Anton answered all of my questions regarding my mother’s leaking waterless tank heater but we needed a new one to be installed. Not knowing anything about the system my mother had we were able to understand more and felt at ease with Green Approved Solutions. Other big companies were charging almost 3 to 4 times the amount. Glad we went with them and the team was on time and cleaned up after. Thank you to Green Approved Solutions!

I am very disappointed with the service I received from the Green Approved Solutions Inc.From the start of the process, the company representative name Jason  provides poor customer service. The most unprofessional is that he overspeeks at the customer. The furnace that he wanted to install was undersized for our home, and he rudley tried to tell us that we did not need a larger one and that our home's square footage was incorrect.  He was extremely pushy trying to get us to sign a contract that we did not understand and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. The contract was signed because my husband was pushed to do so and I was busy at that moment. When I approached asking questions he was disrespectful and confused me.  The overall workmanship was also extremely poor. My drywall was damaged from their careless installation (which they did not repair), they failed to reinstall drywall removed for the installation, dust and debris was left everywhere, and they failed to properly dispose of leftover materials. They installed new parts of the aluminium duct to the existing structure and even that is not properly sealed with the duct tape and some areas are just covered with my own insulation . The filter part of the furnace was not exchanged for the new one and the disposable filter was left dirty. Installer informs me that it doesn't have to be changed because it is clean where the picture shows the proof. The thermostat that was provided by GAS Inc. was that same kind and value like builders were instaling 20+  years ago. Isn't that a shame for that company?I was also told that they did me a favour coming and installing a furnace in two days. Joke, it was not -20*C, so why was that rush? (Oct. 07, +21*C)At first my furnace was not broken, only the newly installed thermostat didn't work and that's why we invited contractors to our home. GAS Inc. should only look at the thermostat installation and fix and provide an estimate for a new furnace that we could consider in the near future.We had two other offers from different local competitive companies where I learned my experience.GAS Inc. price was at the high end.I was extremely unhappy with them, and they do not even deserve the one star they are getting. Would not recommend them to even my worst enemy.Hoping that pictures will speak for itself.

Excellent price! John was very professional and took care of my emergency furnace replacement. They also did my tankless attic insulation and carbon water filter. They applied for a government rebate which I received quickly as promised. They even called a week after to make sure everything is ok. I can’t thank this company enough!

I had started with another company to solve a problem with our water heater. I reached out to Jason at Green Approved Solutions for a second opinion and some questions. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided great advice after review some pictures I sent him (which we did not receive from the first company). This helped us make a smarter decision and helped us get a new water heater which was covered by our warranty. This is a business that cares about people, their customers and has true expertise. I would highly recommend them.

Called Green Approved Solutions on Christmas Day as my furnace had stopped working. Anton was out at my house by 11 that morning, and informed me my furnace needed replaced. They installed the new one Boxing Day in less than 2 hours.Very happy at the service provided.Will recommend to my friends and neighbours.

Parents were away and the furnace was acting up. John from GAS came by quickly on short notice, and resolved the issue. His service was very much appreciated.

10/10 would reccomend and will use for another property when it comes time to replace equipment there.I primarily dealt with Anton, he was knowledgeable and fast to reply to all my questions, Jason also helped me at the start and was very responsive. The installers were professional and efficient getting all 3 pieces of equipment in in 1 day and cleaning up after themselves.This property is new to us and we initially had concern over the performance of the equipment (turned out to NOT be an equipment issue). Anton had someone out to us within an hour of my text to verify the performance and installation.Even after determining it was not an equipment issue Jason and Anton gave us a call to help figure out what was going on. He referred us to a duct cleaner he trusted and gave some suggestions of things to look for. Jason was very invested in making sure that we were getting the performance we expected even though the issue did not rest with him/his installers/equipment.As a result we were able to resolve the issues with our ducts and are enjoying some quality AC much faster than we would have without their experience and advice!

Jason and John were just the best! We called on a long weekend when our AC died and Jason was out before the end of the day. He came ready to repair the unit and when it wasn't repairable he had a new unit ready to install the next day. His communication was so clear and professional and he was very helpful. He even responded the next day (when we knew he was busy) to help us get an answer after installation was complete. Way above and beyond what he needed to do, but so very appreciated. John also took the time to call, check in and offered to come back the next day (still on a holiday weekend) if we had any concerns. I can't say enough good things about how they handled our service and I'd highly recommend them!
