Flowers have delighted recipients since the forever, and now more than ever when visiting is risky business, flowers means so much more - especially when creations are as beautiful as the ones Morgan so thoughtfully put together. They're updating the website, so a few items were missing, and I also had issues with technology, but she called to consult and kept me updated at every step, she even sent me a picture of what was sent at my request. The flowers looked fresh and the design was reflective of autumn, and most importantly, the recipients were elated. I wont hesitate to use Umberto's again and highly recommend them for your Lower Mainland floral needs.

I ordered flowers from Umberto's Flowers for my granddaughter's10th birthday.She was so excited. she said they smelled amazing, were beautiful and the vase was so pretty.It was her first time receiving flowers. The BEST place to get flowers. I tell them how much I want to spend, what the occasion is and let them do their magic!!! I’ve been buying flowers from Umberto’s for over 20 years. It’s a wonderful family business run by fantastic people. They always are so polite and friendly, always welcoming you with a big smile. They always do beautiful bouquets that last sometimes for weeks. The flowers are always so fresh. My best friends wedding flowers were all done here and they were gorgeous, just amazing. I’ve also done funeral flower arrangements from here and they were exquisitely done. Today I got my Moms birthday bouquet, and again it was absolutely beautiful!!!! Thank you Umberto’s for always being there to add a little more beauty to any occasion, I will always come back again and again. Morgan you deserve much credit for your excellent customer service, you’re awesome!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

We used Umberto's Flowers for our wedding and we were thrilled with their creations. Our theme was Peacocks, colours purple and teal and Angelo and Morgan did an amazing job. My Wife's bouquet was so beautiful, she wouldn't stop staring at it. They created custom arrangements for our special ceremony table and again they were amazing. Cannot thank them enough for bringing our vision to life and adding their special touch to our wedding day!

I met Morgan because I had worked at an office upstairs of her shop. I personally prefer artisan flowers over purchasing the every-day supermarket styled flowers. I usually like to go with the more organic and eccentric looks.Morgan's style is that! She really can make all my visions come true! Since I have met her, she has made bouquets for many different occasions: flowers for my mother & mother-in-law for our gender reveal, flowers for my friend's funeral, flowers for when my friend was having a bad day, flowers for our baby shower and flowers for my tea party!Thanks Morgan for all you do! I chose Umbertos flowers for my wedding day and they exceeded my expectations. My bouquet, my maid of honors bouquet and my flower crown were more than I expected. Morgan went above and beyond to communicate with me and deliver the flowers. It was important for me to support a local business. Morgan did the flowers for my wedding and I can't say enough amazing things about her! We had her create the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, and we bought flowers from her to make the centerpieces ourselves. I was a bit nervous about the flowers because our budget was quite modest, but Morgan was able to work within my budget and the arrangements she created were absolutely stunning. I almost didn't want to leave for our honeymoon because it meant less time looking at them! I was planning my wedding remotely and she was super easy to work. I sent her some photos that I liked, we chatted on the phone about them and she was able to take those ideas, add her own twist and make them totally unique. It was so nice to be able to relax and trust her vision. Umberto's is now my go to for sending flowers to my family in Surrey! I only wish I lived in town, so I could get more for myself, too!

Responding to your response. As preposterous as it may seem Morgan, this indeed happened. I was with my daughter, and her fiancé when they met with you and left a $500 + tax deposit. They came to you under my recommendation because I had ordered flowers from you for my office. Your flower arrangement was beautiful. She called and spoke with you when it was known that pretty much all weddings were cancelled/postponed for 2020 to advise they were postponing to 2021, you advised this was not a problem and for her to let you know the date. 2021 rolled around, weddings were still not happening and she tried to contact you by phone and email and got no response. We thought you may have been one of the unfortunate ones that had to close. However, we find out your are still thriving. She will be attempting to contact you again. Should her deposit be refunded, because nothing was provided and no dates for other weddings were missed opportunities, I will happily change this review.Beautiful flowers. We had a beautiful meeting to arrange flowers for wedding being planned for August 2020. We left a $500 (+tax??) deposit. Obviously because of COVID, the wedding was postponed. We have called, and emailed for 2 years to try to discuss options with our deposit back but nobody has bothered to even respond.Very poor business practice. Everyone was affected by COVID and it seems that those that were planning weddings were ripped off A LOT by unscrupulous companies who felt they should profit from other's misfortunes.

What a florists. Great flowers, thoughtfully put together at a great price. The best flowers this side of the Rockies and even if you were East of The Rockies I'd still advise you to come here. It's family owned and the personal touch is clearly visible. It's great to support local businesses so come to Umberto's for all of your flowery needs

Morgan was very friendly and did a great job accommodating a same day order for a bouquet when friend's dad passed away. We expressed a preference for a large bouquet in a specific colour palette and requested a couple of certain types of flowers. Morgan went out of her way to make it happen, even finding a few pastel dahlias to add to the bouquet! They delivered the flowers within hours, in a gorgeous vase, and brought my friend's mom to tears. Morgan even sent us a photo of the bouquet so we could see (it was 2' tall!). I would highly recommend and would absolutely work with them again!
