Bark Hill Pet Services and Grooming

My groomer retired without giving me any warning. I was looking for a new groomer in the area, I found 2 groomers, including Bark Hill. MEC is old & and has anxiety issues, I want to make sure that the groomer would fit with MEC and vice versa. There was confusion with dates & times with the first groomer, which never happened, so I called Bark Hill to confirm the date & time as she was the other groomer that I booked with. I was honest to Johanne explaining the situation, and that is where Johanne gave me a speech of being insulted

My dog absolutely loves going to doggy daycare, she gets all excited in the morning and comes home pooped after a full day of playing. The owner Joanne is kind and accommodating, always making sure any important information is properly communicated. We're very satisfied with Bark Hill Pets :)
