If you’re planning to take your child here for passport photos, don’t bother going.My 2 year old daughter was crying and the lady taking the photo, with attitude did not care to even give her 1 minute to calm down. Horrible.Price? $20 for garbage photos. Save your time and money- go else where.

Great serviceThey do the profile picture (for background check).I looked at London drugs, shoppers and other places and they say they don't do profile.It was fast (30 minutes) and no appointment needed.

The shop was quite busy on Sunday afternoon. The password photos were ready in about 30 minutes and the quality was good.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Rude and unprofessional staff. Quality was terrible. I personally know they charge the same price as photographers who actually take good quality passport photos. This place does not deserve a good review at all.

The straight long hair staff who worked on January 21 (Sat),2023 had the worst service ever. Our family went there for passport photos. I requested for a quick peek after the shot, she didn't. Before we paid, she briefly showed us the photo on the camera.

There is one young lady who speaks Cantonese and English. The altitude is super bad. I went there around 5:30, and they said they didn't do anything today. I have to come back tmr. I took one photo there before. I was asking for the original photo. They said they didn't provide the initial picture. Lol. So...... I am paying, but I only can receive the edited image, not the original one. Never going to come again. Poor shop

Staff attitude is really bad and rude. Also, the photo quality isn’t good. I will never back again.
