Xavier is professional, ethical, decent and highly responsive.He always express his strategy in a rational way. It took us a long time to find a house but I can never forgot him taking us for viewing on January 1st (NY), and trying to cheer us up after we lost hope. Xavier changed th way we look at the real estate market in Aylmer, and how underpriced it is compared to Ottawa. He is never biased to on party, but rather respects both the buyer and the seller.
