I contacted Shaun to look at what I could qualify for a mortgage. She had me complete a application. Told me she would be in touch with me over the next few days. She did everything over text, never answered her phone when I called. I tried reaching out via text and phone calls, she has not returned any messages since she told me she would be in touch over the next few days, which was 3 weeks ago. I would not recommend this Mortgage Broker.
