Family Health Centre - Rivard Clinic

Both myself and my partner were sick and went to see the doctor at this clinic. (It was our last hope as we’d tried 5 other clinics and none were open/accepting patients for a multitude of reasons) and this clinic was quaint and pleasant to say the least. We will definitely be back when we inevitably get sick again. Definitely a great experience! And the convenience of a pharmacy next door is great too. Overall a wonderful experience!!

I left a review yesterday that said the hours were not accurate, which they weren’t. I was very frustrated yesterday because it was the third clinic that day with incorrect hours and I was feeling very sick. I went back today because I still needed to see a doctor. He asked me why would I come back if I left a bad review. I told him the review was about the hours. He told me he just works there and he can’t update the hours, and he had to leave early yesterday. Meanwhile the receptionist told my husband on the phone yesterday that the hours are not accurate and they close at 4:00pm. If this doctor was notified of the “bad” review then he can update the hours. I own a business and it is very easy to update your hours of operation. In this day and age everyone googles to find out where a business is, and what their hours are. I felt somewhat scolded and said, “ I could leave”. He proceeded to treat me, and remained professional and nice after that. The simple solution could have been sorry for the inconvenience and I’ll look into having the hours updated. I would have removed my review. I will not be back unfortunately.

Dr. Bricker is the most amazing and caring doctor I've never had. I'm in between doctors and called the clinic during the pandemic when I've needed medication. I've only had Dr. Bricker, and he's amazing even though we've never met. He calls and checks up on medication refills and he always is professional, caring and personable. Everything I'd want in a family physician. I highly recommend this clinic and specifically Dr. Bricker.

Why are they even open and don’t want to take patients.I have gone there several times and turned or referred to go somewhere else for just simple symptoms.Today I went again my daughter had an eye infection,he couldn’t even take a look at it..He just spoke to us again on the phone and trying to refer us to who who…Another thing is false advertisement, on the website it says closing at 4:30 pm but technically he is gone by 4 pm.Saturday they should be open until 12:30 pm but by 10:30am no one is there.. He is better off closing permanently. Everyone is complaining in my community.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & GAS GOING THERE! THEY JUST DON’T CARE

Not a good experience. Walked in and was given a phone number by the receptionist, she told me I had to call the number to register. I asked if I could call from inside the building and she told me no you have to do it from outside the building. Went to my car and called her. She took down my Ohip information and proceeded to put the Doctor on the phone. He asked what I was here for and I told him and he told me to go to another clinic. Won't be going back there a complete waste of time. If I could give this Doctor no star's I would. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Dr. Bricker took my call within 1 minute, made a correct diagnosis and I had a prescription within 10 minutes.He even called back two days later to see how things we going and clarified I was taking the correct dosage (which I was not). Highly recommend this Clinic.

Why are they open ! They never want to see patients. The dr. Literally yelled at me over the phone and told me it’s his clinic and he chooses who to see or not!!

Worst clinic ever, Doc must of got his license from a cracker jack box. The only thing he can prescribe, is you have to go to another clinic for that". What license do you actually carry

My family and I see Dr. Bricker on a regular basis, Dr. Bricker is one of the most caring dr. We have ever seen.In and out with matter of minutes.

Excellent doctor, always prescribes what's needed for whatever symptoms I may be having at that time. Always in and out in no time and prescription filled all in less than half an hour. Highly recommend if you dont like long wait times."
