Nice location! Yummy and delightful sweet treats, everything is so beautiful and detailed, I can tell the the chef spent a lot time thoughts on every single piece. Good picture to spend some alone time or with close friends.

Their cinnamon roll is absolutely fantastic. Soft, sweet, and massive. No hard crunchy spots and it melted in your mouth. Very even texture and tasted like it just came out of the oven.

Karat easily has the best pastries and desserts in Kelowna! They are an essential stop every time I go downtown, and the best place to buy edible gifts for others. The interior is beautiful, and the atmosphere is super cozy. I've tried every dessert and pastry here, and I have never disliked one. Always perfect every time!

Each dessert item is beautifully made! Those working were very nice and the service was excellent. Although not inexpensive, our visit was definitely worth the price for the experience

This is by far the best pastry shop I've been too.If you visit Kelowna or live here you have to try their products you won't regret it.It's definitely worth the priceEverything was good, but my favorite thing to eat here is the French toast.

We had a last minute cake cutting planned for our friend and just walked into this place with no expectations, the staff person was quickly able to help us in getting cake this ready. It’s a pre-made pastie cake but she made into half and made it presentable for situation, thoughtful and helpful for last minute hassle and we loved it’s taste.

This a true gem. One of the best bakeries I have ever been to. I had the everything croissant, maple French toast, pumpkin spice mousse cake, and poached pomme coconut puff pastry.The croissant was very flaky, airy with a delicious cream cheese filling. The pumpkin spice mousse had an excellent flavour that really shone through. The puff pastry did taste slightly old, but still had a great bite and flaky texture. The French toast was delicious, albeit a bit overly sweet for some people (myself included and I have a sweet tooth).I definitely would recommend trying this place out.

Without a doubt the best local dessert shop. They truly create edible art. Their pastries and chocolates are constantly changing and I love how they prioritize using fresh local ingredients. Kelowna is so lucky to have Karat Chocolate!

Great locally owned coffee shop with the most amazing delicious cakes and desserts. Visit each time I'm in Kelowna from lower mainland . Share is best as they are big treats. Busy in the afternoons.

The drinks and pastries were delicious! A little tight on space so sitting and eating there to relax was a bit difficult.Owners dad was sitting next to us and he was so kind and a pleasure to talk to. Lovely man!I really hope they get to expand and have more seating! Would definitely come and sit to enjoy the cafe experience.
