I have been to this McDonald’s drive thru multiple times over the last two weeks, EVERY SINGLE time I end up have to wait in the parking lot for atleast 10 minutes waiting for my food. Defeats the whole purpose of a drive thru being quick and easy.

Fast and friendly service! The McCafe clerk was very friendly and prepared my order spot on. The dining room and bathrooms were clean. Would visit again! Thank you!

Staff is ok but they don’t know how to make a double double coffee, order 10 and all 10 will be different and not one will be a double double and if you do get one, it will be because they rang it in as something else

I went in to eat. While they were concerned about the drive through. The people inside we’re basically being ignored. So when I got my food the burger was COLD COLD COLD. What poor service. I WON’T be back and wouldn’t recommend this place what lousy serviceAnd then there was a couple long black hair in my fries. What a JOKE

Maybe u guys should train your employees proper english and sentence building and you guys might get a better review then 3.4. Your patrons dont work there. So if they say there is no more of an item but yet theyre still making the second order of the same thing. They should have said, we had one left and are unable to fulfill the second order of the same item. Being more specific to clients who have never worked at McDonald's would be appreciated. Rather then having your employees laugh at us when we are confused at their lack of understanding of proper speech and then have them talk bad as we leave by someone who didnt even look like they were on shift, and was just hanging out at the pickup station like a bar. Be more professional, hire better people and english speakers. We are in Canada arent we. Learn the language and proper sentence building this this situation wont happen again.

I don't advise anyone to use the drive through service at night. There was 3 cars in front of me and it took about 20 minutes to get my food, which I had already ordered with the app. When I asked, they said they were severely understaffed. I asked how many were working and I was told 4 employees. I was expecting 1 or 2 employees but it doesn't make sense that 4 of them were struggling that bad. To top things off, I got home only to discover a cold apple pie that had already exceeded its freshness limits. Absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered spicy chicken nuggets, which I have never had before but I love chicken nuggets so I thought I would try the news ones out. I was really excited, but when I began to eat them they tasted exactly like normal chicken nuggets and it even said on the box that it was spicy chicken nuggets. If they have ads, commercials and bill boards saying that they offer spicy chicken nuggets, then they should actually make them. :(

Was great. It's a unique McDonald's. I only stopped by for a coffee while I waited for a friend but it's a very nice little place.
