We had a very pleasant experience with BMW Toronto thanks to their sales consultant and business manager Scott Shadbolt. He was warm, friendly and very efficient. He was our single point of contact that handled all our needs right from our first phone call to delivery of our car. We are very satisfied repeat customers!

Changed shocks in November, shock mount broke in May. Unwilling to honor repair warranty or to figure out a solution given I am not in Canada atm.Disappointed with their car service or customer service, will have to contact Customer Protection.Edit. Found the issue. The top mount of the rear shocks was not changed, as specified in the receipt.Shame that a 5$ part caused me to have to change the shocks all over again.Poor craftsmanship and got charged for parts that never went in the car.

Reza was phenomenal. I bought a BMW i4 eDrive 40. He got everything done super quick and was communicative all the way through. Would definitely recommend everyone buy their BMW from here.

Where do I start?I have been searching for a IX M60 over southern Ontario since last year. My experience with dealers was generally cold and uncompromising. My personality is of such that I do not find confidence in double talk and empty promises from a salesperson. Not knowing an answer to a question should not be substituted with misinformation.I attended BMW Toronto and met my salesman, I immediately felt confident with our interaction and from there the journey began. The showroom is first-class, complimentary coffee and a pleasant staff made for a wonderful and exciting experience. Their selection of vehicles in stock and the ability to view them in the comfort of the building was just another example of having the consumer in mind. So much to see within the building including some history on BMW and the M" Division.I 100% recommend BMW Toronto for your next BMW purchase. I enjoyed my experience so much I also purchased my motorcycle from them as well!"

I was in the market for another vehicle after mine was in an accident. I called BMW Toronto as they had the m340i I was looking at online. Scott Shadbolt was the sales consultant u spoke with. He quickly set me up with test drive as soon as I arrived and give me details about the vehicle. Answered all of my questions easily. When I decided to purchase the car the process was hassle free and Scott went above and beyond to fix any issues I had.Overall I will definitely be recommending Scott and would purchase another vehicle here.10/10 love my car lol

I just got delivery of my new X4. This is my 5th BMW product but the first time dealing with BMW Toronto.This was by far the best experience of ever receiving a car. The team at BMW Toronto is just full of amazing people such as Adil Tahir, who certainly has a bright future. My experience with BMW Toronto and specifically Marti Sison has been very pleasant. Marti has been very professional, supportive and attentive through out the entire process despite delays given the current challenging market and logistic condition. I just purchased a 2022 BMW 1250GS Adventure R" motorcycle and have to report that this dealer - BMW Toronto - start to finish - was superbly professional and made the entire experience very convenient...All of my (many!) questions were answered promptly - the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently - there were no "gotcha's" that crept-up and the dealer even helped-out with having the new ride delivered to my cottage which really helped as I have had a busy schedule recently...big thumbs up + love the new GS!Major shout out to Jacob R. (client advisor whom helped me from start to finish...) and Al M. (client manager) for being so prompt and professional with the entire process.Now if things could just warm up a little so I can ride this beast a bit more...!!I'd recommend BMW Toronto to anyone whom is pondering a new bike (I think they sell cars also (lol) - but ya
