Used Velofix to spring tune up 2 bikes. Booked on line, which was easy and seamless. Phil was great! Came right to the house, was prompt, communicated through the whole process, did a great job, and the service was well worth the money! Went above and beyond! Would highly recommend.

reliable exceptional work at a good price. Phil doesn't try to upsell and knows his customers. Last service, we knew I needed a new chain, so he came to do that, and I asked him to check the shifting and also let me know if the bike needed anything additional. I was ready to pay for whatever he recommended, I trust him that much. He charged me just for the chain, adjusted the shifting a bit, said he didn't see that it needed anything more! He also helps me learn how to care for my bike myself.

Phil is amazing! He has taken care of our bikes and ebikes for a few years. Simple to schedule the appointment online and fantastic to have the bike shop/van come to me. He shows up on time, he completes and verifies his work. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

Phil did a great job turning up my bike and fixing my son’s bike tire. He was prompt and very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company for easy and convenient bike tune ups.

Phil at Velofix is awesome. He always gets my road bike dialed-in and is on time every time. Velofix is great because he comes to you, so you can skip the line and the days of waiting for your bike to get serviced. Same day service for around the same price as the bike shop is the way to go!

Saw the van. Checked out the website and hoped it is as good as it sounded. Well, turns out it's better! Phil could not have delivered a customer better experience. Handled a wide range of maintenance items on three bikes with experience and ease. All at a very reasonable price and without having to load up the truck to drive to a shop. Strongly recommend.
