I was treated very special and they made sure I was comfortable. All the perks after my appointment was awesome. They were very helpful and kind and I will continue to see them. I sincerely recommend all adults and their children go there.

It had been awhile since I’d been to the dentist and was in desperate need of a cleaning. The staff are so welcoming and non judgmental, just kind, caring and compassionate. The atmosphere is so relaxing that I actually almost fell asleep during my cleaning

I hate to be the person to write this but I have to if it helps anyone and also rectifies the situation within the workplace so it doesn’t happen again.The hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing. He was so kind and thoughtful. He did not get to finish my cleaning because there was not enough time as he had to do hand scaling because I have really sensitive teeth. He did say he would write down the toothpaste name he recommends and give me a certain brush to help clean behind the metal I have from my braces. He did neither of those, I felt super rushed as their next guest was already there. So I didn’t get the polishing or the other parts of the cleaning done. Like fluoride I believe.Anyways. I go to the front to ask the receptionist if at my next dentist appt, where I am to get my filling done if I would receive the polishing and fluoride, NOT asking about scaling. At all. She tells me that my insurance needs to get an approval to do more scaling. Not my question. So I try to ask in a different way for her to understand and she goes on about scaling again. I am not a hygienist or a dentist or a dental receptionist, I do not know whether or not polishing and fluoride equals scaling. She was just rude and treating me like I was dumb because she assumed I wanted more scaling before my approval with insurance for another cleaning. NO ONE told me what would be happening in regards to missing the other half of my cleaning at this appt. Does the polishing and fluoride equal scaling? I just wanted my teeth to feel polished with the amount of scaling he was able to get done, whether or not I got more scaling. Is it that confusing?Anyways, I am hesitant the entire time to come back. Someone, Terra, I’m assuming the same person with the same “professional” manner texts me about an appointment I have coming up on Saturday, on Thursday @ 7:45pm. I tell her I don’t think I can make it, half an hour between appts is too short. Can I get something before April 17th. She leaves the office during this conversation where I clearly won’t be able to make it. On Saturday she texts me and says “Will you be able to make it to your appt today?” So she KNOWS I wasn’t able to make it or it was in question that I wouldn’t make it, cancel the appt. On Thursday when clearly the timing wasn’t working for the guest, but then decides to tell me I will be charged $150 for rebooking. Is she okay? So unprofessional. I would rather have my filling not filled for another year until my insurance can do the X-rays somewhere else because at this rate I’m afraid to deal with her in any other manner. I’m sure I could get the X-rays faxed to another dentist office who would not treat me like I’m dumb and in the wrong.Rant over.Dr Emily was very kind, and I am sad to not go back to this dentist office over something a receptionist did.

My fiancé & I just had our first experiences at Norwood Dental and it was SO worth the drive!!!! ♥We were both shocked by how inviting and comforting it feels, and how insanely nice ALL the staff seem. They have a whole comfort menu" (!!) of options like blankets

The moment you walk into their office, it’s a great experience. You are offered a beverage while you wait. The wait time only a couple of minutes. You are offered comforts to minimize your anxiety. They have a massaging chair, waited blankets, lip balm, I mean it’s just so cool. After your appointment, you get a goodie bag with so may items you get to pick from. It’s definitely a 10/10 experience.

I want to give Zero stars to this clinic. My family will never come back to this clinic—too much dishonesty. Proceeding with a service without a pre-determination to better help clients to understand what procedures are approved and what is not. They will rip off your insurance, too expensive if you will compare their rates with other dental clinics. If you are a new customer who doesn't have a relationship with their clinic

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. From start to finish. I found you strictly by your Facebook presence and I’m surprised not more of my friends haven’t come to you yet as I rave about you constantly. The dentist yesterday was the BEST YET. So patient with me and attentive!! The hygienist was on it with the suction (very important!) and we watched old Disney together. It doesn’t even matter I thought I needed a root canal, then an extraction, then we got away with 3 fillings! Magnificent teamwork you guys!! The front staff always answer my 1,000,000 direct billing questions, and I’m only sad it was so late we all forgot about my little grab bag this time lol. I have had TONS of oral procedures done in my lifetime. Your practice is one of the best, and I will definitely be coming back. Cheers!

The atmosphere is great and the service was excellent. The hygienist was very professional and even gave me tips on how to brush my teeth more effectively, without making me feel talked-down-to or embarrassed. The receptionist was also very professional and polite. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the refreshments, but the dental bling" you get is second to none.I requested Netflix
