Excellent service and very friendly. Were quick to get me in and work with my schedule. Not only did they replace my windshield but they made my car look brand new. As a new mom I hadn't cleaned my car in 6 months and when I got it back they had done a deep clean inside and out. Spectacular! Highly recommend Cottonwood Auto Glass.

Outstanding service. They were friendly and amazingly helpful. They filled in all my questions and then some! Plus I had no idea, but they clean/vacuumed my car after the installation. 100 and 10 percent would go back, plus recommend them to anyone!Thank you.

I went here just before they changed their name. They did a great job on fixing a chip in my windshield. $22 bucks. Good deal. Then I get another chip not two weeks later. I go back and their name is changed. No big deal. But then he charged me $45. ☹️. Im not sure what led to them doubling their prices, and the service is good, but I won't be taking my cars there anymore at those prices.

Unbelievable, unbeatable service! Would not go anywhere else for glass replacement or repair. They truly go above and beyond in their service. I can't stop telling my friends and family about them because they are so professional, courteous, and really exceed all expectations. They completely cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, installed new wipers, and even took the time to replace my broken windshield washer nozzle in an extremely reasonable time frame. Do yourself a favour and check these guys out.

I brought my van in for a windshield replacement, and the wrong windshield was ordered. They offered me a full refund over the phone for the inconvenience, but when I went in to collect the refund, they said they couldn’t do that, since it was still going to be replaced the next week. Then when I brought in the second time, they were adamant I needed to have it there at 9 am. When I dropped it off, they informed me I wasn’t booked in till 10. Service here has declined drastically since ownership has changed, and I will not be going here again.

Had to reschedule my windshield replacement as they ordered the wrong one, thus delaying the installation by a week. After work was completed, the actual installation was good, with no issues. Unfortunately, they forgot to clean the windshield properly, leaving gummy residue from stickers. They also did a poor job in cleaning the new windshield as it had streaks on the entire windshield.

I cant say enough about the exceptional service I received from this company. My windshield was replaced on schedule as promised but the really amazing part was that they completely cleaned my truck. Not only vacuumed but cleaned the mats, wiped the dash, cleaned all windows and mirrors everything was spotless. All that and the best deal in town on the windshield. Absolutely amazing. The guys at Cottonwood auto glass installed a brand new windshield in my Lexus and two weeks later I had a massive rock chip. The fellow who looked at my Lexus was very honest with me and said he was not 100% sure he could repair the chip. I just want to say what amazing job he did. The chip was repaired and it was done quickly. Their service is amazing. Thank you Cottonwood auto glass!

Omg these guys are amazing. I emailed them this morning to ask about my windshield, brought car in at 2pm at 3:15 was told my car was ready. Went to pick up my dodge magnum and not only was the windshield fixed they washed the car, cleaned and vacuumed the interior shined my wheels and tires as well as a new pair of wiper blades. Thank you for the service you are providing in these hard times. I recommend to everyone to deal with this company...
