I bought a used wheelchair van from Ed and Darlene at Alliance Mobility Kelowna, and also had Ryan their Journeyman technician add hand controls to it so I could drive it.I cant say enough great things about the amazing service and attention to detail the team had shown me. They were incredible to deal with. I highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed !There is a ton of businesses where you can get modified vehicles from but there isn't a ton of businesses that truly care about there clientele like Alliance Mobility Kelowna.

Ed, Darlene, and Ryan were absolutely fantastic to deal with when purchasing my 2018 Toyota Sienna. Extremely informative and accommodating. I would most certainly deal with them again. Highly recommended! I hope for continued success for this company.

I had my van modified to load my handcycle in the back of my van, as well as a wheelchair lift in the side behind the drivers seat. The back lift is also used for my Triride power wheel and for loading anything heavy. I can load my handcycle, Triride and wheelchair in the back of my van all at the same time if I choose. This took a lot of qualified skill and creativity and I am very happy with the results. They also check my van over every year to make sure everything is running smoothly.All Staff are very qualified, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definately continue to deal with them.

She has gone above & beyond to help me thru the process & also fixing me up with my Braun mobility van. She was instrumental in the long process of getting me back on the road after a year. From setting me up with the driver training for hand control operation & loaning the mobility van (that I now own) to pickup my motorized w/c from Langley. Worked with Darlene at Alliance Mobility to get my new Chrysler Pacifica and can not say enough about the care and attention to detail, she showed to make sure I got the right van to meet my needs. The entire team, Darlene, Ed and Ryan in service, I would recommend If you need a new van or service for an existing one. Alliance Mobility should be the number one place you should consider.

Terrible install job , just removed a lift from my mothers Mini van yesterday to find Carpet unnecessarily cut and not straight cut even then , plastic covers modified with Olfa knife ( or something similar ) leaving scored plastic where multiple attempts were made to score and snap and a completely covered in metal filing rear of the van under the lift which would have been installed after the metal filings were made . TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR $1300 just for the install . If you are going to charge that much at least invest in the correct tools ( vacuum cleaner included in that ) to do the job and get professional people to do the job , whoever did this instal didn’t give two S#@ts about their job or how it turned out . THE 3 MAJOR BOLTS holding the mobility lift in the Van were loose , the lift had been used only 3 or 4 time’s fortunately as my father passed shortly after waiting 4 months to have this lift installed. Then I find out from my Mother that after the money was taken there was little to no info given , no help , no instruction , nothing . You need to reassess where you buy your equipment if Alliance was your first choice or at the very least have the work done checked over . You’ll never see a penny from anyone I know if I can help it .
