Asked for my fries with no salt. They even asked again to confirm and I said yes. Well, I get my food and start driving, they have salt. I don't ask for no salt because I want fresh fries(but it is a bonus I will admit) but because the added salt hurts my lips and makes it irritating to eat, ruining my experience. Not only that, but by the time I get home they were almost inedible. I was disappointed after not even 2 minutes on the drive home when I reached for one and I tasted the salt, and could tell by the taste and texture I had gotten older fries right away. So color me double disappointed. They need to watch their quality better.Not only that, but the drive thru ALWAYS takes at least 10 minutes to get through. Don't go if you are in a rush.

Bad service and product the last 5 or so times we have gone. Rude staff. Extremely long wait times. Not flipped and already melted ice cream. Toppings only on first inch of blizzards. Tonight was last straw for us… waited in line for 20 mins only to get turned away two cars from the menu with them saying they decided to close at 7:30 instead of the the posted 10 time. No intention of returning.

The customer service was good but the cleanliness of the store (even the blizzard machine) was disgusting to me. Also the guy runnin the drive through tonight was just horsing around on the job which is why the line went all the way to the road.

Terrible experience!!! We waited in drive thru for 20 minutes for ice cream only! The Peanut Buster Parfait was nothing but milk! Must have been made as soon as we ordered. Very disappointed, we drove 20 miles to enjoy DQ!

The ice cream is always amazing. I'm kind of an ice cream nut. I use the drive thru the majority of the time. It's convenient to swing by when I'm out and about. There are times I get good food and times I feel short-changed. It really depends on who is working and the time of day. I ate in on this trip, the food was very good. A couple of weeks ago, I was craving the chicken strip basket with the toast and gravy. I got home and opened the box. I was disappointed to find the volume of chicken and fries would not have fed my 2 yr old granddaughter. 2 oz of chicken and 2 oz of fries was just not enough. My suggestion to you is to open your order and check it, make sure it has been done correctly. More than once, I've been given over cooked burgers, and fries that were left over that should have been tossed.

Today is April 4th 2023I visited the drive-thru today and I ordered the backyard meal and the fries were old and the onion rings that were on my burger along with the bacon was old there's been a lot of my coworkers telling me that they've been getting a lot of wrong orders as well and cold food, old food that's been sitting that's been a thing for a while now I have an ate there in a long time but I went there today because I couldn't believe it cuz DQ here in town used to be delicious I don't know where everything went wrong

This establishment is a discrace to DQ. The franchise owner should be ashamed. Moldy tasting fountain drinks, blizzards so runny they can not be served upside down. Nasty burger with bare minimum toppings. One onion ring on the burger??? I got so grossed out I threw the burger in the trash after a couple of bites. If this is the state of the food and fountain I can only imagine what the condition of the ice cream equipment is. How often does that get cleaned???? I hope for the sake of the Morris community they can get this place pulled together. Absolutely GROSS!!!
