I went there yesterday to get my s21 ultra's back fixed. I asked the guy if he was using the original back to replace my broken one and he said yes multiple times. I got the back checked by samsung and they said that's it's a fake part. I had spent $80 on the back. I want to get a full refund for the fake back.

I needed a place to fix my iphone 12 pro max in KWC area that would do an amazing job for a good rate and i’m really happy that i stumbled across this place. The team here really put an amazing effort into fixing my phone. My phone screen was cracked so badly and even the camera glass was cracked and they ended up replacing that for free while still charging an exceptional rate for the back glass of the phone. These guys were super professional and finished the job super fast while paying an immense attention to detail. Brought in my wife's Google pixel 7 pro to fix a broken screen. Said they could do. I gave them the phone and they returned it to me with the finger print scanner not functioning. So I brought it back and the manager said they ordered and installed the wrong screen. So I gave them the phone again and they fixed it". Got it back and the finger print scanner still didn't work. So I brought it back again

I went in to fix my pixel 6 pro screen and they were very professional and the customer experience was so professional

Best places to go for repair and accessories. I was having issue with my iphone. Before going to them had visited a couple of places but did not get a proper answer as to what the issue was with the phone. Went to future tech yesterday and they straight away knew what the issue was. Gave honest answer as to what the issue was with the phone. Due to falling the inside plate became loose and the phone was not starting. They fixed the issue in front of me and when i asked about the cost they did not charge me anything. Not many business are so genuine these days. Love the honesty and work ethics. Will surely recommend them for phone and laptop repairs.

Very professional service, came with a screen protector that a friend purchased for me from here, but when they went to put it on, it was already broken. They grabbed a new one and swapped my screen protector for no cost! Highly recommend!

Excellent Service. I went there to fix my screen for s22 ultra and had a great experience talking with the manager. The screen was fixed within 30 minutes and the price they gave me was so great and would recommend everyone to try them. The manager was soo friendly and helpful. You can ask him with all your doubts and he'll be so glad to help you.

They are wonderful men. They repaired me the bottom side of my cellphone as it couldn't be changed. They didn't ask money. And they saved my money because I wanted to buy a cellphone while the saddest part is I'm in the significant shortfall in my budget. My cellphone is a Chinese brand and its parts can't be found easily here in Canada.Thank you guys. God bless you.❤️
