I specifically came here from stettler for my haircut and hair colour. All the staff were very friendly and nice. They had great customer service as well best hair professionals. Specifically Danielle helped me to decide my first time hair colour, she guided me through the process and helped me pick the best colour. I would highly recommend this hair salon.

So happy to have been recommended to see Krista for managing my long natural curly hair. Have been seeing Krista for a couple years and so happy with the excellent service she provides. I don't remember the name of my stylist, I think it may have been Nina. I needed a hair cut before attending a funeral last month. I googled red deer salons and thought I would give this one a try and I am so glad I did.I got the best hair cut I've had in a long time at a reasonable cost. I also had a very kind, and caring stylist. At the end of the cut I even got to choose a cookie on my way out. I would recommend the double chocolate.Thank you so much. I am absolutely in love. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and the staff are incredible. The service from beginning to end was phenomenal! Krista was the one to do my hair and she truly listened to what I wanted, she kept asking questions and was actually communicating and listening to what I wanted and explained what she'd do and how it would look. She kept assuring me that I can let her know if I have any struggles in the next few days and the overall experience was just so wholesome! I'll definitely be returning! I loved their set up with the hair accessories as well! I had to get a clip and some products! Thank you for the amazing service!

I’ve been with my stylist Mel since before she was with Masterpiece, when she moved here of course I followed her. It has been such a great experience. Mel is the most amazing stylist, and this salon is such a great place/atmosphere for her and all the stylists and clients that come. Everyone is so friendly! Stylists are always smiling and friendly, and clients always seem to leave super happy with the results. Highly recommend. And more than just a pop in and out salon you are pampered with drinks of the month, treats and awesome decor. You won’t regret giving the gals here a try, just not Mel I need to be able to get in!

This place is amazing!! Absolutely stunning salon. The comfiest chairs especially at the sinks! Super welcoming and friendly. Been seeing Mel for years and love my hair every single time I leave the chair! She is super knowledgeable and friendly. Love the products they use and sell!

My first visit to Masterpiece Salon and it was a wonderful experience. Sarah was helpful through the process of choosing colours and highlight colours. I am very pleased with the tones in my hair. My haircut suits me and is very easy to manage, which is key to me. I have booked my next appointment, as I was treated so well, and I even got a cookie! Thanks for the great service
