Horrible experience.

Unprofessional and rude behaviour demonstrated from the owner of the team Lenard. Unfortunate but I can see why there are 1 star reviews. Not recommended.

Over the past 15 years, I have sold two homes and purchased two homes in the northern GTA through Lenard Lind and his team ..... each experience has been exceptional.Lenard's knowledge and analysis of the market is thorough and insightful, and you are kept up to date as you progress through the Purchase/Sale process. On the Sales side, his office gives good guidance on staging and recommended renos for your home, actually does screen prospective buyers, generates steady traffic, and briefs you on the possibilities and comments of each viewing. On the Purchase side, you are gently guided through the market and its issues, prospects, demographics, hot spots, and niches ..... a good cross section of homes of interest are viewed as you narrow your focus. THEN ..... when it comes to negotiations, there is none better ..... I've watched it four times, if there is a price to be had you will get it.All in all, you are made to feel confident and comfortable through what is normally a trying time.D. Procyk

We contacted this Lind guy who is the broker of record. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I would not trust him and his team with handling any of my business. If I could have given them 0 star I would!

We unfortunately had a very bad experience with them, we kept calling and following up with them for a long time with no definitive response. The owner is very rude and I dont believe its the right way to treat clients
