I am quite angry and disappointed since I was a frequent client, but unfortunately, this business does not regard and respect its customers.I scheduled a facial and hair colouring appointment, however they had me wait for 5 hours despite the booking. The crazy thing is that I was merely getting a facial and my hair coloured, which I am sure do not take 5 hours to do.The employee named Saima was quite harsh and rough. She became agitated and upset when I requested her to consult another staff there who always caters to me about the hair colour.After that, she became rough to me. She repeatedly splashed water all over my face and ears while washing my hair. She claimed it was an accident when I confronted her. Accidents happen, I accept, but they don't happen repeatedly. She appeared unconcerned and uninterested the entire time.My forehead and ears have a tinge of the colour I coloured my hair with due to the colour water being rinsed off on my face. She made no attempt to correct her errors and was quite unpleasant and rude throughout my whole visit. I will not return to this establishment because of the very poor customer service.

Just got brows done an hour ago. I told her not to use regular wax, but she said its the same. I have a huge red scar below my left brow and its burning.In the end, she said you should have mentioned you don’t want regular wax, but hey i did. You did not listen.Clearly she was not trained. Im not new to this Salon, but they clearly need to listen to their customers and train their staff.

Come all the way from Toronto to get my eyebrows done here. Neeru does a great job. The price is fair, and it's clean.

The only place to get your eyebrows done in Mississauga ! I have been serviced by a few ladies at the salon and every single time I go in, there is nothing but care and respect that goes into the service. I highly recommend it!Saloni did my eyebrows and full face today and I have nothing but glowing things to say. She takes her time , is thorough, and relaxes you during the service . I never experience any pain when she does my eyebrows threading or waxing.Thank you for your wonderful services :)

I got my hair cut by Saima, it even turned out to be nicer then the picture I showed her. Im very satisfied :) She is very friendly and I highly recommend her

I would recommend for facial in this parlour . I got best service and very relaxed facial massage from beautician( staff) Ghazal. I would definitely suggest 5 star rating for all kind of services rendered by staff here .

I normally go for a hair cut the the guy dose a decent work. This time I did my shave as well he was nice and gentle and knew what he was doing. The price isn’t that bad too.

I got my 5 year old daughter's haircut and it looked hideous. I am extremely disappointed by this place. I didn't like the cut even on the spot but the lady assured that it'll look better after a wash. I had another appointment and so I left only to keep looking at her hair the whole time and not finding it pleasing. When we returned home and I combed her hair, it was not at all even. If I had a choice, I would rate this place negative. I'm going to another place tomorrow to get her hair fixed. I don't even want to go back to them to get it fixed. I've never had such a Horrible experience with any haircut in my life, let alone my kiddo..
