Jessica did an amazing job assisting me with my engagement to my girlfriend. We had discussions in February leading up until the big moment a few days ago. I never felt like I was unprepared or that the moment would be too big for the two of us to handle. She was very well organized and the night couldn't have gone better. Jessica was even thoughtful enough to provide us both with complimentary gifts. Thank you so much!!

Jess was so helpful in planning our wedding, especially with COVID! We had a lot of last minute changes come up and Jess was always able to help and accommodate. Our reception was beautifully decorated - and Jess handles all the stress the day of. Not to mention, has all the right connections in all the rice places, Jess assisted us with finding all the right vendors!

Our wedding day was a dream come true for us and it wouldn’t have been as stress free of a day without the help from Jess and her team. Jess was so great with quick communication, helping us find vendors and setting up our wedding space exactly how we envisioned it. If I could rate less than the one star option I would. Jess and her team were incredibly unprofessional and made my friends wedding an absolute disaster. When someone spends money on a wedding planner you expect things to be done as discussed. To begin, the ceremony was pushed 30 minutes late because the venue was not set up. When the wedding party arrived we asked how we could help to set up and we’re told we couldn’t help. Jess was rude to all other vendors that weren’t her “team” including the venue owner. The bride spent $3000 on a floral arch that was limbs cut from a tree. A photo of a very important loved one who had passed was not put out during the ceremony. 90% of the decor was not put out. I had to ask multiple times for the features of cocktail hour to begin over an hour into the cocktail hour. There was supposed to be a champagne tower for the guests to enjoy. When approached Jess told me the glasses needed to be cleaned because they got rained on and the bar staff would do it. The bar staff had no communication from Jess about this. After going back and forth for 45 minutes (and offering to clean the glasses myself) I was then informed the glasses had been broken. When I tried to have a discussion with Jess about the concerns that were raised by the bride, she told me it was my fault things weren’t being done because I was waisting her time with this conversation. Her brother the caterer then came over and was yelling at me to stop talking to Jess. All of this happened in front of the guests. Dinner was late- and don’t get me wrong I understand things happen. But the mother of the groom had to go around and light the candles (that were supposed to be enclosed as per the venues rules and weren’t) during dinner while Jess and her team stood in the corner on their phones.It is incredibly unfortunate that after multiple people attempting to talk to Jess and offer our help, and be understanding of a personal problem that she had that day, she was nothing but rude and disrespectful to the party. There was nothing but excuses and blaming others, and never once acknowledged that she had mad a mistake and offered to apologize to the bride.I truly hope that this never happens to anyone else.

I would like to start this review off by saying that for the majority of people, we go into weddings knowing that there are going to be bumps and hiccups along the way and that is expected. Over the past weekend, someone very important and special to me got married. She hired SaJess Events over a year ago to help with the planning and alleviate some stress leading up to the day and on her wedding especially. My experience with SaJess Events was not a 5 star review as others have posted. The day was not at all how the bride pictured it to be, leaving out many key details that were important to the bride and both their families. When the bridal party attempted to speak about key issues being missed and attempting to help it was shut down and spoken to extremely inappropriately in front of guests. It was disheartening to see the bride upset on what should have been one of the best days of their lives. The day was still beautiful and a lot of positive memories were made but not as a result of the wedding planner and her staff. I would think twice before hiring SaJess Events to help with any events including weddings in the future. It seemed like staff and wedding planner were extremely distracted throughout the entire day and days leading up to wedding. I hope that after this past weekend SaJess Events are able to learn from their mistakes and able to create more positive experiences for the people who are paying them a lot of money to make their dreams become reality.

As the only parent available to organize the wedding of my son and daughter-in-law to be I needed a lot of help. Jessica handled all the details from arranging rentals to planning decor to ensuring that the day itself was perfectly executed. She was very professional, responsive and enthusiastic. A pleasure to work with, highly recommended.

Jessica Saint-Dic made our wedding go through flawlessly from the planning to the decor. She was outstanding, very excellent at communicating in advance, and during the wedding itself, everything that we needed to know. Whatever we didn't need to know or decide on that she could sort out herself she did and let us know. We truly appreciate all the effort and planning that had to go into our event. Jessica was friendly with everybody and all our guests commented not only on how beautiful the decor was, but also just how nice she is. We would highly recommend using Sajess Events for any event and we would use her services again in a heartbeat.
