I was totally misguided and treated badly on this store.I brought iPhone with accessories and cover from this store, they added iPhone to the bill but not the accessories and intentionally withhold the invoice for accessories and did not told me. I was given long bill which I was not able read properly what was added or not.When I gone back to return defective accessories with the bill I have , they told they cannot replace it and treated me very badly.The store person name is Stefane and she didn’t know how to talk to customers. She blames customers and put fault on them infront of other customers.“Very goood service Best Buy “- will never buy anything from you guys ever

Such disgraceful people at this store. The woman who calls herself the manager is the most arrogant person I've come across. She's not ready to explain the plans which they sell" (which is literally her job) and expects customers to make the purchase immediately. Above all it's just the attitude that annoyed me the most. They need a lesson on how to talk to people

Nice service staff and good for online purchase pickup. However, buying a phone over the counter proves to be a lengthy process. Suggest walking further to the next bestbuy to complete your purchase.

Customer service is impeccable here, 10/10 recommend. They helped me out a lot and one of the employees (who I believe was a manager) personally picked up a device from another location to bring it to this location for me. Will certainly be going back in the future and will 100% be recommending this location to everyone. They all deserve a raise <3
