Would highly recommend Armstrong Waterproofing. Work on our foundation was started as promised and finished in three days. Foundation had crumbling concrete in places and some holes that allowed mice to get into the house. The guys were very professional, friendly and very hard working. Work was completed in three days and everything cleaned up. Great work and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

All the steps along the way were smooth, respectful and professional. It was easy to communicate with Shane, Brendon and Kyle at all times. Any requested explanations were given freely and thoroughly; any reasonable change of approach suggested by me were either honored or given compelling explanations as to why it could not be done. It was clear that it truly meant a lot to all of them that the job be done absolutely right, down to the smallest detail. I believe that once they got into the job, which involved a lot of trenching (some of it rather difficult to access) and a garage floor replacement, it became apparent that the job was more involved than it may have seemed initially. Any newly revealed issues along the way (and all others, for that matter) were resolved appropriately and effectively. They did not shy away from whatever they determined needed to be done; never did I hear from them any word of complaint. These fellows take genuine pride in the work they do, and it really shows. That meant a great deal to me. I would recommend Armstrong Waterproofing to anyone without hesitation. These are good people.

I asked Shawn to please wear a face mask upon entering my home regardless of vaccination status. He gave me a difficult time and I ended up canceling the appointment. I feel as though if you are entering someone’s home you should be respectful of their request, especially during a pandemic. I would not recommend this company and would urge others to use another company that is more accommodating and respectful.

These guys are great. If you are having water issues in your basement I would highly recommend this family-owned company. First let me start off with the father Shane Armstrong, he is a straight shooting honest person. He came to my house walked outside and looked things over outside before saying its definitely your basement drain tile. He then assess the situation inside and was willing to do a repair of my problem area only, where other companies I called wanted to change the whole drain tile system. He gave a 20 year transferable warranty on the work that they performed in the area that they replaced the drain pipes. When it came to the actual work, his two sons came and a few other people working for them and tore out the old drain tile in no time. They work very hard, extremely clean and fast and I know that they solved my water issue after what was uncovered under my cement basement floor. We have had Armstrong Waterproofing help us twice since we have owned our home. We had issues with water coming in the basement, first at the back of our house and then towards the front. Armstrong Waterproofing did a great job taking care of both of the issues. We have not had any water coming in since they corrected the problems. They assessed the damage, explained what needed to be done and their professional staff did a great job. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to others.

Look no further, I hired Armstrong for a large dynamic job. Shane and his crew are fantastic! Do not hire one of the national water proofing companies. We sealed the outside of my foundation, skim coated with concrete, re-graded my yard, installed 5 new basement window wells, 2 sidewalks, a patio, and 3 sets of stairs. Shane and his son's are awesome and they even allowed me work with them. I would highly recommend them especially if you are having water infiltration issues in your basement. My patio, sidewalks and stairs were an added bonus and turned out amazing. I plan on hiring them next year to pour a concrete apron in front of my garage. They are the best contractors I have ever hired!

Brandon came over within days of contact to assess our reoccurring water issues in the basement. We used a different service multiple times that never solved the problem. Brandon clearly explained the cause of the problem and offered a reasonable solution, while clearly explaining the process so we could fully understand the why" and "how". The crew from Armstrong Waterproofing did a fantastic job of solving our water problem. The front wall of our basement has been wet for several years. They excavated along the outside of the wall down to the footer, drained any residual water from the blocks, cleaned the wall and applied waterproofing to prevent any more moisture from seeping through. They then installed drain pipe at the footer and for the downspouts to drain any water away. They were very careful not to disturb any of the utilities in and around the excavation area. They offered a sensible solution at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend them.

We bought a house with a disaster of a basement and the Armstrongs have helped us immensely. They work quickly and efficiently and are incredibly friendly. They worked with us on payment plans and did great follow up.We hope to use them in the future for a project that's a little more glamorous than, basement weep holes
