My expectation were exceeded. My basement came back to life after Josh installed new windows. He was not only professional but highly efficient, clearly showing that he knows what he is doing. After a few rejections with other companies he found a solution to my old basement window. I could not be happier with his service and I absolutely recommend his company. If I need anything in the future, I would not go to anyone else.

Highly professional service and workmanship!!! Josh and Chris installed 4 windows in our basement. It was not an easy job and I expect they had to put more time in than they initially anticipated, but the results were terrific!! We could not be more pleased with the final outcome. It is a huge upgrade for our 60 year old bungalow and we know we received outstanding value for the money we spent. Josh is a top notch professional in every way. We are really happy with Josh and the team at Calgary Egress Windows - they are amazing to work with and we will absolutely use them in the future if we end up adding more windows to our basement. They were extremely professional, operated with courtesy and integrity, showed up exactly on time and left the work area immaculate; they left no trace of construction other than the new window being installed. I had two windows enlarged in my basement which involved cutting the concrete and installing new larger windows. Paul and his team were extremely knowledgable and professional ,and the work they do is second to none. Paul helps you through the permit application process and was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely use Calgary Egress Windows again in the future. We needed an Egress Window for a bedroom in our basement. Talked to a couple guys before and they said we needed a concrete cutting service to fit an Egress Window. I called Calgary Egress Windows and they said they could make a code complaint egress windows without any concrete cutting. They seem to have a big window catalogue so if you are being told a window won't fit, call these guys first, they are really professional, responsive and they do an outstanding job. Kudos to Josh and Paul.

We were scheduled to get our basement windows cut and installed in November. They got them done over a month EARLY. The guys were excellent. They were on time, prepared, professional and had amazing work ethic. They completed the job faster then they said and they cleaned everything up. It’s spotless!I shopped around, hands down, these guys are the way to go!
