The hotel staff are amazing. The bar and cook exceeded all of my expectations. Room was clean and everything was awesome. My only suggestion to the hotel is to make the hot tub hotter.

A lovely hotel nestled just off the highway.My girlfriend's and I stayed the night before my wedding in the jacuzzi suite. WOW! So spacious! Everything was clean, the room is bright and plenty of room. There was even a lovely welcome gift for my groom & I. A very nice, appreciative thought.We also booked a block of rooms for our wedding guests. The pre wedding logistics went smoothly with the Sales Manager Jodi. Communication was on point. She went above and beyond to make sure that we and our guests were looked after.The hotel was pretty full but you would never be able to tell. There was no rowdiness or loud sounds from guests at all. Definitely worth the stay.

I paid for 3 nights with breakfast included, when I checked in, the following morning receptionist told me I needed to pay for my breakfast extra. They made me stay 3 nights no breakfast. During checkout on day 3 another receptionist told me I actually paid for breakfast and offered $30 refund which I found insulting considering the bad experience. Such a bad experience and service I do not recommend or will go back there.

This Hotel is amazing ! The morning staff kicks off your day in style. You never have to ask for coffee ! They keep topping it up quickly. The evening staff also amazing and always keep you company if sitting at the bar. Keep up the great service.

Nice Hotel, breakfast staff were super friendly and attentive.Rooms were spacious and bathroom was clean.Only con is they don’t clean the rooms unless you’ve stayed in the hotel for more than 2 days, that’s ridiculous.

Upon my stay here(5 nights) I enjoyed many meals at the hotel. As someone who travels quite often, I must say I have never had a hotel meal that even comes close to the quality served here.On top of the food, the service is impeccable. I was extremely pleased with my stay, and blown away by the service provided by Sharron. She is an amazing asset to the Hilton Team, and I will definitely be back solely because of the service she provided. If you have the pleasure of staying here and meeting Sharron- you will know exactly what I am talking about.I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Burlington!

This hotel is amazing. I don't think there is one staff member that is not pleasant and wonderful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is delicious. We have four members of my family and everyone had something different to eat and each selection was delicious and satisfying. We are not from Canada and stayed there 8 months ago and was it was the same experience. That's why we came back and will when we visit next time. Thanks for the perfect stay.
