Dr. Ann Gravelle was my OBGYN for 3 pregnancies and she's amazing. I would recommend any woman that lives in the area to Montefiore hospital when she's pregnant to get referred to her.

I was referred to Dr. Gravelle over 6 months ago. Her office tells me that the wait time is 6 to 9 months. So lets say I have ovarian cancer, by the time she sees me, I am stage 4. Dr. Gravelle, if your wait time is that long, why do you even accept referrals?

I have a complicated health background with three rare medical conditions. I've been through the health system more times than I'd like. I have about 8 different specialists 'on the go'. I can say unequivocally that out of all of them, she is the ONLY one I can rate 5 out of 5. She is the only one who not only seems to genuinely care, but actually personally returns phone calls when I leave a message with a question. She is also one of the very few doctors I've had who is thorough and competent enough to have me leave an appointment feeling like I'm in good hands and not second guessing what she said.

They are thorough, helpful, empathetic, all of the above. From the friendly front desk to awesome nurses and the most knowledgeable residents and gynaecologists, you will be in good hands❤️

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Gravelle and her team. I was fortunate enough to have her deliver my baby as well. She’s knowledgeable, kind and we were well taken care of through the whole process during pregnancy and delivery!

I’m very concerned that this office doesn’t have a more sophisticated/more organized telephone etiquette. For weeks, I’ve been relentlessly trying to reach someone at this office only to get a repeated ‘’this call cannot be connected’’ as if I’ve dialled the wrong number. I’m suspecting the line is busy but, at the same time, we should at least be able to leave a voicemail, hear the wait times or AT LEAST have an effective multiple line system. We’re very busy with our lives as well and I don’t have umpteen hours in a day to randomly call during work hours hoping to get through to someone on the other line. Please, fix it!

This is my first pregnancy & the staff as well as Dr Sproule have been incredibly kind and welcoming! Regardless to how busy the office is, the staff is always welcoming & with calm. I could not be more grateful to have them help me throughout my pregnancy!❤️
