Hesitated to write this review, but what happened at the end, pushed me over the edge.Plumber they sent to my house to quote me on an independent water line for an underground sprinkler system, CLEARLY didn't want to get the business. What I wanted IS doable, but in his spoken words was Alot of work and will likely make a mess". He was dismissive

The service was good. The technician arrived in good time and was able to finish the work quickly. What I didn't appreciate was the way they managed the pricing. Instead of breaking it down by labour and parts, I was offered six different tiers of payment options. These options ranged from a super pricey fix that included a whole system check and a 2 year warranty. We went for the cheapest option that included a 30 day guarantee. Didn't feel very transparent and I didn't appreciate being put on the spot with so many options like that.

Heating system issue. Dan Poirier arrived promptly. Dan is always professional and collaborative. He's a pleasure to work with. Diagnosed the issue so we could move ahead with the proper trade for the repair.

Love the text messages of when plumber was en route and when work was complete. Ease of payment electronically is also wonderful! Plumbers are bonded so you can trust them in your home even if you have to leave. Work was done quickly and professionally. Also told me of other work that needs to be done in the next year or so instead of trying to upsell right away. Very happy, will use again.

Quality of work was excellent- Peter did a great job and he is friendly and professional. No mess, quick, and efficient. Scheduling with the office was a bit off- felt like I had to bug them more than I should have to book the job and then Peter came earlier than expected. I'm sure they're busy, so I'm not too worried about that.Altogether, a positive experience and I expect I will be using this company again.

I had not had a plumbing issue bad enough to have to call a plumber in a long time before reaching out to Jake Klassen Plumbing today. They came wildly recommended by the folks in our community. We had an impossibly clogged kitchen drain that I had worked at fixing for days.David arrived right in the window they had quoted and then apologized for not being quicker lol. He was an absolute delight; professional and respectful. He explained their fixed billing model up front before he did a thing and then got to work. An hour and a half later I had a well draining kitchen sink making a very satisfying flushing sound.While I hope most of my future plumbing issues can be dealt with by me... I can confidently say I will never even consider calling anyone but Klassen again! 6 stars if google would allow it!
