Stone Tile has a stunning selection of classic and unique tile and stone. The show room is as beautiful as their products.The service is extremely poor. As a Designer/Contractor, I deal with many tile companies and Stone Tile has proven to be the worst. On multiple occasions it was extremely difficult to get an associate to process my orders.Long order time for many of their showroom tiles, limited samples on hand, cold staff and very inefficient service. It's proven to be a struggle to order tiles.I've cancelled my orders and will do my best to avoid this company.

Extremely poor experience from start to finish.But if you have to, carefully inspect all details when picking up your order, and ensure to cut open the palette and inspect, as they snuck damaged boxes to the inside of my order and then refuted damage as I signed off on pickup, all the exterior facing boxes were in good condition.

Most complicated tile purchase ever. While I'm ok to pay for quality the experience was worse than going to look for tiles in a dumpster. Attached are pictures from a purchase that took 3 days to arrange. Save your money and don't bother.

They need better customer service and responsible, accountable managers, sales reps. They messed up my order. Special order arrived 2 months later. I ended up delaying my project for 2 months. At the end special order items were delivered but they were not the items I ordered. Complete disaster. I had cancel the project because of Stone Tile. No apologies from anyone. They even questioned whether they can take back the wrong items. I wouldn’t recommend Stone Tile

I was here to detail an employees car. Alex was amazing to deal with, she offered me plenty of water and showed me where the restroom was, even though I wasn't asking. I would only imagine she's just as amazing with her clients/customers. Highly recommend this place, you can't put a price on great people, great customer service.

Unpleasant experience ordering and picking up tiles. Order was promised to be done within an hour. Order was incomplete and had to return a second time next week for pick up. If you don't mind getting jerked around then go with this company, otherwise go elsewhere.

I cannot thank them enough for their creative design consultation advice, expertise in products and materials, and with helping make informed choices for flooring and back splash and grout in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. As a result of their quality service, competitive pricing, and beautiful product lines in their outlet as well as showroom, I am thrilled with my renovated home and would return to Stone Tile in a heartbeat!
