Great fast food place. Now they have breakfast all day, which is awesome. Food is cheap and reasonably tasty. Other perks are periodic contests such as Roll Up the Rim.In the morning, the wait can be long. If you just want to get a coffee and get back to your work quickly, it might be sometimes frustrating. And this is in spite of the quick line dedicated to coffee and other drinks.

This location does not take pride in their customer service or food. After today I wont be back. This a picture of my boston creme donut. They thought that putting a napkin on top of the donut in the bag would be good idea. They are also very rude to english speaking people.

Good location to grab a coffee and a snack. Parking is the only reason that I would reduce a start from the review as there is a sever shortage of parking spots which leads to many customers just parking in any spot their car can fit into. This eventually leads to not being able to leave the parking lot in a safe and stress free manner.Other than that, the staff are friendly and fast. The store itself seems to be well maintained and majority of the time clean.

They don't have Decaf coffee??? I thought this was a coffee shop?? I ordered a Decaf and the server/Manager poured a decaf espresso in a cup and dumped hot water on top! I asked her What is this"? She said " It's the same thing"! in a rude voice. I'm thinking Huh?? This is espresso with hot water dumped on top not a decaf coffee. Head office needs to address these rude individuals ASAP starting with the Manager. They don't even give you a ticket number for your food so the person making your sandwiches is just yelling out what the food is and a bunch of customers all grabbing the same order and confused. Why not use the number ticket system is beyond me!"

Wont order food from here again, three times I've ordered a breakfast sandwich, sausage only NO EGG . Every single one Has had egg on it. Every one had to go into the garbage due to allergies.Staff at drive thru are miserable. Maybe Timmys should change their policy on how long these guys ha e to actually provide SERVICE to your customers, rather than rushing them them thru like cows off to slaughter. Anything over 25 seconds and they get written up. So all you Karen's out there who go thru the drive thru and order 12 breakfast sandwiches, or worse, soup and sandwiches thru the drive thru? U make their lives miserable because the burger king corp that owns Tim hortons doesn't CARE how happy the staff are.At least the coffee is consistent. That's about it

The red-haired manager is constantly yelling at her employees. Many employees just decide to quit after getting yelled at by her... I've heard that 5 employees since only February of 2019 have quit this job after they got yelled at by her.Apart from this, the employees are polite and courteous for most of them. The Phase 3 is extremelly unorganized while the PDC has an extra line that serves zero purpose. The Phase 4 often has no supplies but at least it seems like the best place to go get your coffee.I wished at least they would just fire that obese red-haired manager woman because she is obviously scaring all of her best employees away from this job. If I would have to say that there was a rotten apple among these 3 places... it would definitely be that woman, she clearly doesn't know how to respect her employees and it obviously has a large impact on all the employees of all 3 stores.

If there was an option to put zero star..... Customer service is the worse here ! They don’t smile , they don’t greet or even say thank you . They hate when you use your Tim hortons app for points and to order . Not sure if this is how Tim Hortons train their staff ......

Great place except check your order before you leave as they have a bad habit of giving you burnt bagels. Check the picture. Enough said
