We were traveling in our RV when the air bag alarm went off. We were far from home, having left California and being in Newfoundland so it was very important to have it fixed right away. The beep beep beeping was driving us crazy. This shop got us right in and fixed it while we waited in their very nice show room. They did a great job for us

Gave us an appointment at 8 am, start working on our vehicule at 11:30, asked for a complete inspection to find and get the probleme fixed. The mechanic went to a 5 min road test and spend the whole day on it. So after a complete day of waiting, a 2000$ bill and 50km of drive, the probleme came back and got worst ... they said that we had no worries to get about security...had to replace a cv axle shaft ...

Never buy a car from here, sold me a piece of junk as if it was brand new. i’ve now spent a fortune fixing numerous issues with the vehicle. Will be selling asap and will never be returning nor will i allow anyone i know to purchase a vehicle from there again.

Huge kudos to Chelsea and the rest of the gang in the shop here. I'm far from my home in BC and after my van wouldn't start this morning, they took care of me right away (after I was towed there) and had me up and running again before closing shop today. Awesome and super friendly service!

I don't post reviews, but this time I had to.I have had very good experience with service department in past week. I have to thank them, they went above and beyond expectations. I brought my truck for oil change and high pitch whistling from turbo. Oil changed done and parts ordered (gasket) for the turbo problem. Brought truck back, they fixed turbo problem and discovered that truck went into countdown due to DEF injector defective. This would have taken another 2 hours of waiting plus additional time for lunch... They were kind enough to get me a cab both ways ($40+ each way) just so I don't spend the whole day waiting. Rude at service/parts. Won’t give u time of day. I hope Mr steele has someone in his auto group to address it. Old tired people in there set in there ways is ruining the reputation of the company. When they start doing renovations there they should redo some of the rude staff

What a Joke.... Steele keeps advertising non stop that they are better than the previous owners. Thought Id try it out. Salesman told me to not bother them and go to Alberta instead to buy a 96 grand truck.... Way to go .... Good ol NL service at its best once again.... Your right bud.... I will go to another dealer in another province !!!
